The support I get from my dedicated account manger Ferdi is amazing, I appreciate all the help he has given me and updated me on things. Having him makes a difference so thank you! I just wish I had him a lot sooner when I subscribed as it makes all the difference. The support has been lovely! But the only down side is just getting started, it was really rough and frustrating like I was getting incorrect passwords for FB accounts, and also waiting weeks-months to get things fixed/ solved. The team was lovely at trying to help resolve my issues but the waiting took forever that it delayed so much of my time for my business. But Facebook ad accounts are amazing! I’ve only had 1 ban and that’s all and it’s a good solution for those who have frequent bans like I used to. Been using the same ad account for almost 4 months and no issues so I’m glad i decided to stick with Aurora and trusted the process haha ☺️

Best agency I've used! I'm using them for 6 months now I think and never had any issues. You will get assigned your own account manager and this person will help you out with everything, mine (April) always replies promptly. Absolutely recommended!

Ive been working with Aurora for 3/4 years now and i just don't have any others things to say then that is a good agency. Always open for finding solutions and communication is also good especially from their account managers like Grace and Dom. Keep up the good work!

Convenient control panel, fast support, high-quality accounts, I especially like working with manager João V., he always helps 100% of the time.

dont use them,
in the weekends they dont work which is crazy as an company which think they are best in the market.
plus if you will need to topup on weekends to scale ads coz its the best time guess what ? they dont work and your topup wont go thru.
dont use them there are many better alternatives.

I really don't recommend them. 7 months ago, agent TJ took my case. I sent him evidence and he said he would help me. I have a case in court. He never answered me, just promises. I don't recommend them. They only take on cases that are extremely easy, and even then, it's all empty promises. I spoke with TJ; he just said he'd resolve the issue, but nothing serious came of it. I don't understand all the advertising and the lack of seriousness in resolving cases. On top of that, they engage in extortion by hurling insults behind the scenes. We shall see if this platform respects public opinion. The most sensible thing to do would be to look for another company—one that is more serious and responsible, and that meets the expectations one is looking for.

Their ad accounts are garbage. you cant scale, you cant add new adsets, they die when you add more budget, they dont last. up to this point more than 100 accounts have been deactivated for no reasons all. dont even try renting their accounts, you will get frustrated.... 100% this is my personal experience with this garbage company

We requested ad accounts on January 17, 2025, and up until now, we still haven't received any. We have multiple stores, and all of our accounts have been deactivated. The excuses we’ve been hearing every day are unbelievable, and the frustration is through the roof at this point. Since we started renting their accounts in October 2024, we have never been able to scale any of our stores. The reason? Their accounts die quickly. When we scale, they die. When we launch ads, they die.

This is our 100% honest review so far. They are good at selling agency accounts that don’t last. Promises are constantly broken, and they have literally ruined our operations. At this point, all they do is make promises. It’s been almost three weeks, and we still haven't received a single account. We paid for the monthly rental yesterday, yet no service has been provided.

If you don’t want to get frustrated, think twice and do a lot of research before working with them. You will get frustrated with their accounts. Can you imagine? It's been four months since we started using their accounts, yet we’ve never had a good one. And every time, they blame us, our stores, and our ads. We’ve never experienced accounts like this before.

If we don’t receive accounts by Wednesday, we will cut our subscription with them, as we’ve already lost all faith. Again, we requested accounts on January 17, before Chinese New Year, and they were blaming us due to their error. Now they’re saying it’s because of Chinese New Year… this is ridiculous!

I run a seasonal business, and Aurora’s tools made it simple to time my campaigns perfectly. I was able to launch ads for my holiday products and track their performance in real-time. The sales boost during my busy season was much higher than I expected.
