Where do I start? I originally paid almost $4,000 for my website a few years back. They honestly did a great job on the site itself. However, the hosting fee is way above the average at $150 per month + IDX ( even though my MLS offers IDK, They would only allow me to use Home Finder which was an additional $50. So now I am paying $2400 per year just to keep my site a float.

I have had many issues with the site moving slowly and some other tech issues so I did have to put in several tickets to get the issues resolved( My site still moves painfully slow on mobile).

Now to the worse part.... trying to move my site to another host to save money. YOU CANT!!! Even though they told me my $4000 website was mine, they failed to mention the site is not functional and cannot be transferred because their plug ins are proprietary. So you are stuck paying them in order to keep your site up.

Wait there is more!!!! apparently they got a new billing system and my card on file expired. I take accountability that I totally forgot to change my card info but I did not receive any notice from Agent Image that they were not receiving payment nor did my site go offline. Fast forward 1 year later, I get a demand for over $2000 and if I don't satisfy it immediately, then my hosting will be discontinued.

PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. They hold your website hostage and the customer service is terrible!!!

We have to give big thanks to Agent Image for the hugely successful real estate website they built for us. Cherry Jerusalem was the point person on its construction. She was fantastic -a pleasure to work with and made things progress in a timely way with lots of attention to detail and creative suggestions. Most sites look ok, but don't bring leads. Ours is beautiful and really delivers. The site is the cornerstone of our business and brings us dozens of leads that buy and sell each year. I can't believe that 10 years later Cherry and her associate Afrel Vale Cruz still quickly get any changes we want up and running with friendly communication along the way. Any occasional hitch is fixed before it becomes an issue. They are great!! They even have their team go through our site with random checks to make sure each page is functioning properly and all call-to-action forms work. We feel very lucky to have chosen Agent Image and that Cherry and Afrel are still there for us!

I would not recommend using Agent Image based on my experience.

As a Real Estate Professional your online image is everything. Agent Image originally set up my site in 2020 - In 2022 since I had not received any leads from them and it was only a sitting page I wanted to move it to a less expensive hosting company. They say you can take your site with you since it is yours and build on a word press platform.

Well let me tell you the horror.

Two months ago, I woke up to an error message from them caused by a plugin issue, and my website has been down ever since. Despite submitting multiple support tickets and making numerous phone calls over the past 45 days, I have been unable to get this issue resolved. My site has been down and now completely ruing my online experience. My branding matches my website which is down.

One of the most concerning aspects of my experience is the lack of true ownership of the website. Agent Image charged over $2,000 to design a site that they represent as something you "own." However, key plugins and functionality appear to be controlled exclusively by their team. When you choose not to continue their service after the initial year, those plugins can be revoked, which in my case caused the entire site to go offline.

Because these plugins are not accessible to the site owner, there is no way to restore the functionality independently. Unfortunately, I have not received meaningful support or a solution despite repeated attempts to contact their team.

For anyone considering this company, I would strongly recommend clarifying who controls the core plugins and what happens if you decide not to renew their service.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again. Just ruined my business and experience with my customers. Look at Luxury Presence instead. March 13. 2026 website down

There are no words to describe how amazing Agent Image.. specifically Cherry Jerusalem... my design creator for the past 10 years have been in servicing my website. And it takes a real team that includes Paolo Sediego (5 years) and Michael Santamena (1 year) to have all hands on deck!
Incredibly grateful for my Agent Image team as they truly are ROCK stars .. both in response time and putting up with my crazy 911 website requests no matter the hour or day of the week. I hired them when my business volume was around 13 million and they have been with me every step of the way to 43 million! Highly recommend.. yet ask for Cherry!

Unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely frustrating. My journey consisted of repeatedly opening support requests to fix the same issue over and over, without any real or lasting resolution.

Their entry fee and ongoing membership fees are not cheap, yet the level of service does not justify the cost. When I finally found a better hosting provider and decided to migrate my website, the situation became even more disappointing.

I was unable to complete the migration of my website because Agent Image does not provide the correct or complete website files. They only release partial files and withhold critical components required for a proper migration, making it practically impossible to move your site elsewhere.

They justify this by claiming that key parts of the website are their “proprietary design.” In practice, this creates a vendor lock-in through a tying arrangement, where customers are forced to continue purchasing hosting and related services from the same provider in order to keep their website functional.

Because of this, the entry fee feels misleading—what you’re paying for is limited access, not full ownership or control of your website. I strongly advise going with a different provider, as the website you pay for will never truly be yours.

The team was very patient with us during the development process. Our clients are our number one priority so developing a new website sometimes went to the bottom of the list. They would gently remind us of things we needed to accomplish. Kate Esguerra really paid attention to the details we requested for our website. We are truly happy with the outcome of all the hard work they put into developing it.

My team at Agent Image, including Kate, Sarah and more talented creatives was a dream come true. They are beyond 5 star material. I now have a website I couldn't have dreamt of. The are prenominal!

I singed up with Agent Image about a year ago, they are an amazing high quality brand website. The staff is professional and the results will be good. I highly recommend them.

Agent Image sales agent told us they could re-design the front of our Boomtown website, and keep the CRM and agent side, and it sounded like just what we needed. But the integration was not seamless, and in fact was going to create a lot of headaches for us with reduced functionality, increased costs, and the retention of two full websites, which would hurt our SEO. They refused to take responsibility for the misinformation, or refund any of our investment.

Agent Image (“AI”) makes promises to convince consumers to retain the company for a host of website services but fails to deliver big time!!

I retained AI to design a semi-custom website; optimize and host it; implement SEO and rank boost; and draft monthly blogs— all for a total commitment cost of $31,758.76.

It has been a disaster from day one— Jan 10, 2022 when I signed the agreement and was bounced over to a design team, which took 1year, 4 months, and 30 days to launch my website. As of this day, it fails to (1) feature seamless navigation, (2) responsive design, (3) across the board consistency, (4) smooth performance, (5) clear communication, (6) effective visual language, and (7) a reliable, transparent interface.

AI’s issues don’t stop there; in fact, issues are never tracked; grammatical errors are constant— my landing page is a mess, which you can see in the attached screen shots that a client shot last week; my name is consistently misspelled throughout— even as of last week, which appears in the attached screen shots; lead generation is non-existent; blog posts are generic, as if ChatGPT drafted them; projects have no timelines— hence the period of 1 year, 4 months, and 30 days to launch; management changes are common and occur without notice; AI teams fail to communicate with one another; and communication with my team is beyond broken.

AI’s sales pitch sounded incredible, even with the attached enormous price tag of $31,758.76; however, it failed to deliver— BIG TIME. AI’s failures have cost my business hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue over the past several years, so I warn you to STAY AWAY from AI LIKE THE PLAGUE. You will regret every penny and every minute you spend with AI.

This experience was far worse than I ever imagined possible. I terminated my services with this provider after poor quality work. I had my credit card charged without my authorization on more than one instance, my request to delete my financial information was denied 3 times which is a FOIP violation and now I'm applying through credit card protection through my bank. I incurred a $4,979.58 loss from my decision to work with AgentImage.
