Brilliant customer service.
Bought a Leaf shaver from agent shave and after a year the screw bust. So I contacted agent shave and they told me they would fix it and sent me the address. Leaf razors are Brilliant but expensive so it's well worth it.
Chris fixed it and with in no time I had it back with 1st class post.
Chris even texted me to tell me he replaced a part on the Leaf.
Customer service get back to you straight away and you can't complain. Thank you.

Quick turnaround, nice packaging and personalised message with a little tester for a gift. Have been looking to buy the razor from America for some time, but the postage was quite expensive. The razor does what it says, not as impressed with it in real life but may get used to it. Mainly buying for the fact that I can use old style 1/2 blades which are cheaper than the cartridge style from the big brands, so the plastic waste is less.

My experience with Agent shave was excellent. The website is easy to negative, They offer PayPal which is always my preferred payment option. I was kept up to date with processing and delivery of my order. My items where packaged really well. What I really liked about the packaging was the hand written notes by the packer, it feels like your appreciated and thought of. I couldn't ask for a better shaving products supplier. I've used all sorts of disposal razors and using this had made me throw them away and to never look back. It has to be the best razor to use as it comes with a close shave and a perfect finish!
