The accommodation is a fully independent unit with a private entrance and structural separation that ensures privacy and comfort. While it is derived from a larger property, it is completely self-contained and does not share any internal access.
Your report of construction noise during the night was unexpected, as the owner lives right next door and confirmed that no disturbance of any kind occurred. No construction work was carried out at night in or around the property.
As stated clearly in our listing, there is no private parking — only public parking is available in the surrounding area — and this is made transparent prior to booking.
Regarding the bathroom, the owner personally checked the facilities shortly after your message and found everything to be working properly. Both before check-in and after check-out, our cleaning staff confirmed that the shower and sink were fully functional and in perfect condition.
We always do our best to assist guests quickly and helpfully, and we responded promptly via WhatsApp to your messages. However, your claims were not substantiated by any objective findings. This is also why Booking.com did not approve a refund — as there were no grounds for it.
We also noticed that your review history tends to be consistently negative, which raises additional concern that your complaints may have been driven primarily by the expectation of receiving a refund, rather than by real issues with the accommodation.
