Please do NOT buy from this company.

Here's what happened with me:

I've ordered colostrum and reishi, for more than 150 pound.

Over the course of the first 30 days, nothing. Yet, I informed them multiple times, via phone and email.

When I informed them, they sent me an unstructured message saying they were going to look into it.

Nothing happened for 15 days.

I call them again and I ask them for a refund.

They ask me to please hold on, they would like first to check with the courier and you ensured me an answer in 24h-48h.

Again, they failed they promise.

I was without the product and the money for over 2 months!! Perhaps they needed my money to stay afloat?

This is beyond crazy and completely unacceptable. I paid them more than 150 pound, which is substantial money, and they seem not to care.

In the meantime I needed this product and was not given a chance to get it.

Their communication is clearly deficient and they do NOT keep up with their promises.

I feel SCAMMED.

I placed my order between Christmas and New Year and was pleased to receive it promptly on 3rd January. My only small 'gripes' are that I created an account after I placed my order (as per instructions) and of course my account then showed that I had not placed any orders, which is a little worrying when using a new provider. The other slight confusion was that the email from the carrier informing me when my order was to be delivered gave the origin of the parcel as a firm that I could not trace back to the firm I had ordered from. Small annoyances, but needless with a little extra thought. The product I ordered is absolutely fantastic and small gripes aside, I will definitely be using this company again.

fast Shipping to Germany

I can no longer use my account, created in 2016 - every time I put products In my basket, I am logged off and the basket is empty when I log in again. Made new account and that part works. Next issue - new courier Hermes - my last order is placed a week ago and the parcel has not left UK YET (Ordering to Denmark). Since 2016, I have ordered for several thousand GBP from Aggressivehealthshop and used to get my stuff within 2-3 days - obviously not the case anymore...

Have had two orders from them and both have arrived well packed and in an unreasonably fast time. Great price too.

I travel around Spain and my parcels have always arrived well packed and quickly, they are also tracked so I can see where they are at all times even when they travel through the Spanish postal system.
