Beware - likely a fake company!

Item was ordered on April 17, 2022, and I received a confirmation email that the company was getting it ready to ship. Since that time, I have tried reaching out several times through the form on the website, by email (twice now on May 2 and May 5), and the phone number on the site. The phone number is "not taking messages." I believe this to be a fake site for a fake company. Please do not buy anything from it! Sadly we used a gift card to purchase something for my son and likely will not receive a refund. I want people to know because I'm usually very careful with the sites that I patronize and this one was very well-built for a scam site.
