The CSPO, taught by Richard, was awesome! I came away with real executable strategies, not just theories outlined on paper. Richard uses an interactive approach that encourages critical thinking ski... See more

Clear and to the point
Clear and to the point. The interactive exercises were engaging throughout the two day online class. The facilitators exhibited a great depth of knowledge, and skill in both scrum and product ownership. I learned so many skills that can be incorporated in by current job.
I thought the course provided good…
I thought the course provided good insight in the mindset and behaviors for leaders to support an agile transformation. I thought the virtual workshop worked well, however the attempt to tie concrete action items was a little awkward. We spent 2 full days at a very high level, then hyper zoomed to a tactical level to develop concrete action items.
This program was well designed
This program was well designed! I enjoyed the training.
Overall
Overall, my experience with Agile For All was motivating. Richard and Peter were clearly knowledgeable about every topic on hand and managed to keep it engaging the entire time. My only qualm would be the length of time for some of the exercises needs to be reviewed. The motivator behind it being that there's only time to really act and not overthink is great, but at times the breakout groups spent half the allotted time trying to figure out what we were supposed to even do and we weren't able to have good discussion on the topic at hand.
Great Learning Sessions
I took 2 Certified Agile classes with Agile for All, and enjoyed the sessions immensely.
I am an executive at our company and I…
I am an executive at our company and I went into the training expecting to learn about scrums and tribes. Instead, I was treated to a very enlightening and interactive experience providing thought leadership around organizational transformation. I was very engaged from start to finish and that is quite an accomplishment considering we had to hold the sessions virtually due to the pandemic.
Great content
Great content. Sometimes hard to relate the material to a highly regulated industry.
Practical and enjoyable
The course was relevant, thorough, engaging, and well run. The instructors were excellent.Questions were welcomed and thoroughly answered. The virtual delivery was pretty smooth and technology platforms worked well. Participants were equally invested in the outcomes which was helpful to breakouts.
Agile Leadership: LAT- Dallas 2/25-2/27/20
Tricia and Jake are very engaging and relate the material to real-life scenarios that can be applied immediately.

Great content, very interactive, real-life scenarios
Great content, very interactive, real-life scenarios.
Jake and Tricia brought their own real-life experiences and worked with our experiences in a well-thought out class using a variety of teaching techniques to keep the class actively involved for the complete three days.
Highly recommended!
Bring your friends
Great training. Like all changes, moving to agile requires executive sponsorship and strong leadership. Recommend all leaders your dependent on to make this transformation successful attend this, ideally together.
The discussions were informative
The discussions were informative, the information provided was helpful and overall a great class
Great course for those wanting to implement agile in their work
The course provided great content and did a much better job breaking down the key concepts compared to other courses I've taken on agile methods.
Going from a Group to an Amazing Team
I had such a great experience with my training and learning so much from Trish and Jake. I have already started to apply many of my lessons learned and discovered a whole new way to think about my next meeting or presentations. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of going into leadership, current leaders and entire companies really.
One of the best learning experiences…
One of the best learning experiences I've ever had. Tricia and Jake are nothing short of amazing. They created and fostered a dynamic, safe and fun environment for exploring the best we could reach in ourselves.

Leading Amazing Teams was full of great insight into team behavior and tools you can use immediately.
The course was well designed and well…
The course was well designed and well executed. The instructors were knowledgeable, expert and experienced about and beyond the topics. The harmony between both instructors were fantastic and at any point in time, they did not stumble, stepped on each other's toes or felt out of control. The instructors were punctual (present well before the start time), accessible and honest.
The study material provided and used for the class was of great quality, supported the topic at hand well and showed efforts went into it.
The hands on/group exercises were well designed and made participants to think through, understand the rationale behind actions and prompted retrospection.
My only suggestion would be to see if this same course can be designed to fit in 2 days, as 3 days seemed long.
