My rep (Steve) was GREAT. He went above and beyond to explain everything in detail. He performed like an Advisor rather than just a rep which is exactly what I needed to compensate for my ignorance when it comes to exchanging currency and sending abroad. I was also very happy with Agility's fees/rates and the capability to forward-book an exchange rate. This is not something a bank offers. I highly recommend Agility for all of your forex needs.
