AG Immigration SCAMS 9 Months of Hell

This is a review and warning to the public about AG Immigration who claim to be a leading immigration law group in the United States. This is a lie! They are a poorly managed and fraudulent firm in Brazil with few staff members in the US. They are using the US immigration system as a cash grab. I was one of their recent victims. The purpose of this post is to expose this unethical company and to warn others, to help them avoid losing their hard earned money as I did. I used this company believing they were experts in immigration and located across the United States as they advertise for an important EB-2 NIW application as an airline pilot. I fell for their sales pitch but was later shocked to discover that almost everyone that worked on my application were in fact in Brazil. Their English was poor and they were not experts as claimed. I was horrified to find they were so incompetent that they could not fill the key government forms correctly. They were filled with mistakes, missing information, and some were even fabricated. They were so careless they even copied the bullet points from my resume into the forms, freezing them. Their dishonesty and indifference were outrageous and I have a mountain of evidence to prove it. They only care to steal your money, after this, they will do the bare minimums just to say that the process was completed using inexperienced staff. If you use this firm to handle your immigration application, it will likely lead to a high risk of rejection.

This company is so poorly managed that most of their lawyers and many staff, including their top attorney and founder, left the company as they saw things were very wrong there. What kind of firm loses most of its staff in a short amount of time and not tell their customers? My application was left without anyone working on it for months and I was never told of this. It has been over 9 months of lies from them. I have never experienced such a dishonest and unethical company. An amicable deal was reached and a partial refund was approved for which I have evidence of. But it was just more lies. First they kept saying that the refund was being processed, then silence. It's been nearly 2 months since our agreement. It is just another example of how fraudulent this firm and its leaders are. They are not who they claim to be. Try to find their office addresses using Google Maps and reviews on them. You won't find them. There was one in Irvine, CA. The reviews got so bad after other clients called out their scams that it was removed. Ask their staff for their locations and phone numbers. You will find almost all are in Brazil.

Searching online I am discovering that there are many other victims of immigration scams. Please do your research and do not become another one. I would suggest to anyone seeking a similar firm only to use a local one, where you can meet them in person. Where they have strong and credible reviews and other information which can verify their authenticity. It is terrible to lose $15,000 USD. I wish this on no one. People need to report companies such as AG Immigration to US authorities and share the truth online. Please be careful!
