I would not recommend Agnew Volkswagen based on my recent experience.
I received an email asking me to call regarding my car finance. In my opinion, if a salesperson wants to discuss my finance or future options, they should be calling the customer rather than asking the customer to chase them. Nevertheless, I took the time to ring.
Unfortunately, the salesperson didn’t seem prepared. I was asked basic questions that suggested my account hadn’t been reviewed, and I wasn’t even asked whether I was happy with my current car. Instead of discussing my needs or explaining any offers, I was simply told to “call down sometime.” There was no attempt to arrange an appointment, no preparation, and no explanation of what offers were available or why I should visit.
The whole experience made me feel like just another number rather than a valued customer. I expected a far more professional, personalised approach. Instead, it felt like a generic sales call with little effort or interest shown.
Continually impossible to reach - why is communication so hard for this company.
I bought a car from here ( Belfast Audi )in March 26 and cannot recommend them highly enough. I dealt with Jonathan McIlwaine who was very thorough and went out his way several times to assist even after the initial sale . If you buy from here I recommend Jonathan , first class service .

There was a glitch earlier with my car's service, but Agnew's after-service manager, Paul Dobson, provided superb follow-up and fantastic support. Thank!

BMW sent my wife a letter telling me the airbag was potentially very dangerous and could cause harm if activated.
They advised she bring the car in and she can get the airbag fault fixed and replaced. I called my closest bmw dealer at coucher crescent.
I booked in on the phone. I was told it would take 2 hours to complete.
I made the 20 mile round trip to get the airbag replaced.
Unfortunately literally sitting in traffic on boucher road on the way to BMW, i had an avain excrement experience on windscreen and roof. I stopped at 2 petrol stations to clean it but neither had a working car wash.
When i arrived at bmw I was told to book the car in at the service desk. The woman helping me asked me about a car service that was due soon... i explained im just here for a call back on the airbags and knew very little about the service as it was my wife's recently purchased car.
I gave her my key and advised my car was parked in the disabled spot right at the front door.
I got a call 30 mins later advising the work was completed.
Being disabled and originally being told it would take 2 hours to complete, i had taken a carer with me to help with the long wait time. This was a complete waste of thier time and fuel for such a short wait!
I went back to collect my car key from the woman at service and noticed NO WASH written and highlighted on my Key Tag. Wondering why, I collected my car. My car was parked up in a tight spot, right outside the workshop.....still covered in bird excrement......
I had to drive back to a disabled spot, to be able to access my car appropriately, open doors wide and let my passenger in.
Is this BMW boucher going above and beyond for its customers??
Writing "Dont wash" on the car of the disabled person that had to travel near 20 miles, to bring the car back to you so bmw can fix its fault!!
Very very disappointed.
The pettiness is astounding!!!!
The car has full documented BMW service at boucher crescent but after this joke.... IT WILL NOT BE BACK AT BMW BOUCHER CRESCENT...EVER AGAIN!

Car broke down, AA assist took my Volkswagen to Agnews, the whole process from start to finish was stress-free. The whole team at Agnew Volkswagen kept me informed & up-to-date regarding my car and timelines of the repair. My car was repaired in within the estimated window. I am very satisfied with everything. Great customer service.

Rang today to book my wife’s A5 in as it has another fault on the dash, car under warranty.
First available appointment they could give me was almost 4 months away, yes October.
Told me they have thirty technicians, yet there’s a four month lead time.
Dreadful level of service.

I purchased a 2022 Audi E-Tron recently from Belfast Audi after multiple good experiences buying from them in the past. The service was highly professional and we were taken care of to the highest possible standard. Our salesman, Thomas Holmes, was excellent and met all of our needs, even calling us to follow up on the purchase a few days later to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our previous experiences with Michael Stewart were likewise professional, respectful and overall excellent.

Terrible experience with my second car with the team.
Approved used means nothing. Could not get a callback from anyone in Mallusk.
Probably won’t buy from again. A shame as it’s local.
Edit: Still no contact from the site. Really poor customer service.

I was looking around for a new vehicle and recently purchased an ID.5 from Ryan at Volkswagen Boucher Road Belfast. I had never owned a Volkswagen before, but after speaking with Ryan, who took the time to find the perfect match for us and explained the entire process thoroughly, I was more than happy to switch from my usual make of vehicle to VW.
We received first-class service and found the whole process easy to understand and follow.
On the day of collection, everything was smooth and quick, with Ryan taking the time to explain all the new features of my new vehicle and how to get the best out of my new driving experience.
I would highly recommend Volkswagen Boucher Road for your next vehicle purchase.

My VW Amarok broke down on the way home from Dublin. Managed to 'limp home' at 30 mph. I rang the guys at 8.30 am the next day as the truck wouldn't start. At 9.30 am Gary arrived from breakdown recovery. I told him what I thought was wrong and he quickly diagnosed the problem (of course, it wasn't what I thought it was). He had the truck functioning again within 15 minutes of his arrival. He was professional, polite and informative. Could not fault my experience and was delighted to have my truck up and running again in such a short timeframe. Amazing service!

I visited Bavarian Mini, Boucher Road, about 2 weeks ago and was very interested in purchasing a Mini Countryman. I returned this afternoon about 2.30 pm with a view to finialising a purchase. When I arrived, I looked around the cars on show outside the showroom. Then I entered the showroom and wandered around for about 10 mins. No-one made any effort to make contact with me. I then went outside again for another walk around. On my return, the girl on the first right desk, with whom I had made original contact with, had finished dealing with another customer. However, even though she was free, she completely ignored me, reviewed her mobile phone for a few minutes and then left her desk to have a conversation with another employee. Another chap further down from her also ignored me, as did the receptionist. I had planned to purchase a new Countryman this afternoon for a cash sale. I was completed dissatisifed as to how I was treated. My son and I left after approximately 20 mins, haveing expressed my disappointment with the receptionist. I will now take my business elsewhere😢. Salesman Barry was so friendly and genuine and an expert in his knowledge of mercedes he wasn't pushy and allowed us time to choose, when collecting our brand new car we first noticed the exceptional standard of workmanship carried out by Andy, Glen and his team in the valeting department. They all truly made this an amazing experience thank you.
