Never use this company

Never ever use this company, they offer rooms to book, you book get confirmation then when you arrive the hotel has no room for or confirmation. Me and my father of 78 years old where chucked on the street with no where to stay in London. Their booking partner oyo hotel group was the hotel in question the OYO The Arch Wembley. We where not the only ones 3 other parties had same issue at this hotel all booked through agoada. Please NEVER US THIS COMPANY.
