Phone charger cable stopped working after a few months, no reply from them.
I bought a phone case and the "Eco-friendly phone charger cable" , the case broke just by trying to put it on my phone, and at least I got a partial refund. But then the cable stopped working after a bit over 6 months. It started having false-contact and it was impossible to rely on it charging my phone.
They brand it "Our multi-cable is hyper-fast, super versatile, and tangle-free. Made from recycled materials and for eternity, thanks to a lifetime warranty. Never buy another cable again." , so about never again, I can't really confirm, because I had to buy a new cable, elsewhere, of course, just 6 months later.
I also posted a review on their website some weeks ago, and they haven't published it...
I do not trust this company anymore, sadly that they do marketing as sustainable brand.
Avoid If Shopping Outside of Sweden
Ordered stationary products to test for my business office. First time ordering from agood.
It appears to be stuck in a UPS warehouse in Jarfalla, Sweden, because the package is missing a commercial invoice. I am honestly shocked that the package could be missing such a basic shipping document to allow the package to leave the country and enter the United States - especially when express shipping was chosen and paid for.
Their customer service stated that everything was fine, but the carrier just hadn’t scanned it yet - Which was contrary to what UPS had stated. UPS states they have the package in the warehouse, but there is no commercial invoice attached. They are trying to reach out to agood to gain some sort of resolution so the package can be on its way.
In a second communication to their customer service, with a screenshot of what UPS is reporting; I have received no response, Not to mention, my order is sitting in a UPS warehouse awaiting export.
Going to have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. Being that this is my first order with this company, this is not a good first impression. It will, however, be my last experience with them.
I have to say, from this experience, if you are outside of Sweden, avoid this company. It is blatantly obvious they don’t have their logistics in order.
Defect item, unhelpful customer support
I received a "humanium pen" as a goodbye gift from my employer when my previous position ended. The pen was faulty, and I tried to request a replacement pen from agood company. The company would hear nothing of it without an order number, which of course I didn't have since the pen was a gift. Eventually I managed to obtain this number and shared it with them, but received no reply. After a few weeks, I opened a new case of complaint, sending them the information again. They then claim to have offered a refund to my former employer who placed the order, which doesn't help me in the slightest. I never requested a refund, I requested a replacement pen. After yet another few weeks, having received no information, I wrote them again, only to learn they don't have the pens anymore. It was now about 4 months since my initial contact with the company about the faulty pen.
I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering gifts from this store at least, and keep any and all information related to any purchase made with them in case you need to make a complaint. I do enjoy the idea of their products but after this experience I don't see myself ever getting anything from them for any reason.
I received the wrong phone case size…
I received the wrong phone case size and they argued I chose the wrong case with the order, which I am not able to retrace. There is no working ordering confirmation when a placed the order. The link to view the made order in the order confirmation email does not work.
They advertise to have a money back guarantee for items that are not right fit etc. for first time purchases but argue it does not apply in my case. I am very disappointed and feel like the good image they try to convey is really scam to ship cheap items and defend their return policy by green washed claims but it is just badly organised and they don't have professional service in place. Don't make plastic items and ship internationally if you want to claim to be sustainable and a "good" company.
As many other I also experienced very late shipping and waiting for more 10 days to receive the item.

Bought a transparent case for my iPhone 15 from agoodcompany, The same day i drop it from The sofa ( 30cm) and The conor shattered, and because The case is so compact around The phone, it cracked my phone screen asswell. Order placed 11 July 2024 with delivery promise or 2-7 days. Goods dispatched email received 12 July 2024. What that means, who knows because Deutsche Post didn’t receive the goods until 22 July 2024.
I’ve received all sorts of explanations / reasons via email none of which make any sense. Asking why a postage option with a “2-7 day delivery” hasn’t arrived after 10 days, the answer was: delivery can take 1-3 weeks. I replied to ask why they didn’t say that when an order is placed - they said - we’ll pass your comments on!
I’ve asked to cancel the order - they wouldn’t despite requesting within the legal cooling off period. I asked about returns and they give answers making no sense about sustainability (a label that seems to suit a multitude of excuses / reasons). Why do they not do free returns? Answer: sustainability …. So if you want to do a return you have to pay for it yourself. No idea how that relates to sustainability in any way.
In summary, can’t comment on their products because there is no sign of it 10 days after ordering. But the bad experience so far doesn’t leave me hopeful.
5 stars for clear case and notebook
The Clear case with the reusable MagSafe is just fantastic. I’ve bought the stone paper notebooks before and they are also magical!

Purchased a Clear PRTCT case from Agood Company. It feels really solid, and comfortable to hold, with the camera area well-protected, and the buttons are really nice to press. I had the case for six months and it has not gone yellow, which i had that problem with my last case went yellow after a few months in the sunlight.

I ordered some Bluetooth headphones from an ad on tiktok claiming to be £3.00, ended up charging me £3.60 and automatically signed me up for this £29.99 monthly subscription without my consent! I've tried to cancel this as I do not have the money to pay for this subscription, nor does it look like from the rest of these reviews that i will actually be receiving these headphones! The cancellation is pending which ultimately makes me terrified as someone with about a fiver in my bank account, I do hope they won't charge me and I will change my review if anything changes.
Expensive, slow, no answers
I bought a case, it was delivered 1-2 weeks later. It was a birthday present, and guess what, wrong case (wrong model). I asked kindly (3 times!) if it is possible to change it to the correct one, no answer. Very disappointing.

Though, after having removed the case and mounting it back onto the phone, it suffered a smaller crack at the part around the camera. I contacted the comstumer service and recieved a refund two days later. So all in all, leaving the cover out of account, an all right experience.

Just great! 1 beautiful CO2 positive plant mobiler cover + recycled charger. Delivery was a few days from Sweden to Denmark - but as expected - and packaged responsably. More companies like this please!!! Recommended.

Thats a horrible company. I bought a phone case and wanted to change it to another color - I had to resend it first of all for 9 € because they don't pay they transport. And now all the sudden they don't answer anymore and don't find the case - that's FRAUD!!!!!! I payed in total 47 € for nothing - worst experience ever!!!!!! DONT BUY ANYTHING OVER THERE!!!!!!!!!

But worst of all I wanted to post my review in their website and I could not (you cannot post freely); I was told that: “ we understand how you feel about the product but we don't want to leave such experience to our valued customers”. Careful with their positive reviews in their website, it’s absolutely biased.
Made a purchase, Company stopped respoding
Paid for 2 phonecases and a toothbrush. Understandably, the delivery was delayed by Covid, however they are 2 months late on the updated delivery they set, and have not responded to any of the 25+ emails I've sent them.
