Amaizing products! Great service been using them over a year love the reasults!

I just wanted to take the moment to thank Michelle at customer service for going that extra mile for me. She is amazing and professional and really wants to take care of the customer. Thank you again Michelle. The eye serum is great also. I will be contacting Michelle personally for any future products or needs.

Terrible products. I landed up spending $300 and it is a total waste. I want to return the product and get my money back. I purchased the skin care products at Paris Las Vegas hotel store in Vegas through Simon who is the store manager.

I had questions about the different products I bought. i was confused by the different masks and creams. Not only did Mechelle explain how to use the different creams but also how they would benefit my skin. She went over how to use the Perfectio X and made me more confident as I start to use it. She followed up in an email with links to videos on line which were very helpful also. Mechelle is a great asset to your team!

I was at a loss when I opened my bag of creams and more. I could not remember what the salesperson told me to do. I called customer service and talked to Michele. She was so helpful. She went into detail about how to use everything I bought . She even sent me an email with even more information. I know so much I think I could work with you all. Michelle is awesome! I called customer service to resolve an issue, and she went to work immediately to assist me. She was kind, gracious and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to send me additional, detailed information for the products I had purchased, and also called back later to see if there was anything else I needed. Erika really knows and trusts her products. After a facial using the Eneo and the Agora products my skin is improved. I'm certain with continued use my 65 year old sun damaged skin will look younger.

I want to start by saying that Michelle in customer service is unlike any customer service agent I have ever talked to. I called because I had questions about a red light wand I bought when me and my bestie were in Las Vegas. Michelle was so informative and explained all my new creams and how they are to be used. She sent me videos,websites. I was so impressed with her willingness to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. She even gave me a follow up call to see if I was doing well. She is very professional and at the same time she has a heart of gold. I give her 10 stars. I am a customer for life

Shopping while on vacation is great fun…finding Agora and my sales associate, Tony, made a difference in my life.

It started with the Wrinkle Eraser Tony said “just let me show you” and bam the wrinkles below my eyes were visibly gone in over 2 minutes. Nothing better for testimony then “evidence”. That one action caused a reaction with me returning home with many of their products.

I decided to wait to write my review to ensure it was not just “love at first sight”. Now two months later I sit with my Cellexir Thermo Power Mask, “you do feel the heat”, with the Celllexir Power Serum on top for 30-minutes then I will wash it off with hot water and apply the Cellexir Power Serum… my skin will look stunning. I know because their product line consistently keeps my skin glowing and tight.

At 68, I know ALL the compliments I get about my skin are true and all due to the Agora product line because the world’s worst critic about me ..is me… I see the results daily.

I look forward to the monthly 24- Carrot Deep Tissue Mask, it is delicious and I am glowing until the next monthly application.

None of this would have been possible for Agora and me without Tony. He is the most professional, customer relationship focused, product informed representative I have ever spent time with. While Agora got the sale, Tony ensured the relationship. When I arrived home I was overwhelmed with the “what to do, and when” Tony Face Timed me, giving me a private session, ensuring I used the product correctly so I and everybody else would see the results.

Lastly and most importantly Tony sold on the Eneo by Avologi - Medical Anti-Aging Device. It is the most expensive skin care tool I have ever purchased but trusted him enough to know it was the gift of a lifetime. I did not want to go to my cosmetic surgeon every 6- weeks for injections to keep my wrinkles at bay. This is an amazing device that keep my face looking 10 years younger and, also eliminates my husband’s neuropathy pain-- a gift we never thought possible.

I was at the Paris Hotel walking by with my friend Steve. A very nice young man Simon approached us,welcomed us into the store. He was able to recognize my problem areas that bother many of us woman as we age gracefully. I loved the results for my under the age treatment. Also Steve liked his. I also bought projector facial machine for my chin and forehead wrinkles. Great results My friend was eager to get it for me. Thank you Simon for making me beautiful!!!!
