Delivery didn't arrive. No communication until I chased where it was and they found out the courier hadn't scanned the parcel.
Yes the courier fault but communication should have been 10x better from thee retailer.

The communication issued automatically from DPD via our system is automated and happens in every stage during transit -assuming that the parcels has been scanned by DPD. The lack of communication was because there was no series of automated updates and we only found out the day we contacted you. Again apologies for any inconvenience caused.
