Ordered an outfit for my daughters wedding. I received the outfit which was way too small.
I have tried to return it for a full refund but have had nothing but problems.
I received an email which said to sell the item as it would cost me 50GBP to return it and I would only get 10% back for the dress.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!
Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Purchased mother of the bride outfit nothing like advertised, sizing wrong, not good quality, offered 10 percentage refund on a &123 outfit, terrible company avoid at all costs, quick enough to take your money, not interested in refunds

Dress for daughter's wedding arrived screwed up in a tiny package. No labels or price tag. Shoddy workmanship. Nothing like what I ordered. Two sizes too small. Offered me 10% refund and sell dress on. Even threatened this company with legal action. They are scammers. Please please do not order of this website.

they say returning is easy, they have a address in the UK, however that is not the return address, this is in china.
They are more than happy during the returns process, responding promptly to emails, however once they receive your product back, they do not respond to any emails.
I returned my dress in November 2022, I am still awaiting my refund.
I do not normally do reviews.
But Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought a dress in 2021 that didn't fit. Although on their website they say that returns are easy, they persuaded me not to return the dress and they would give me a refund. It is now April 2023 and I still haven't received it. At the beginning Lilly was responding to my emails telling me not to worry that I would receive the money, but now they are ignoring me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Like everyone else here I gave one star too many! DO NOT order so much as a swatch from this ‘company’ You’ll end up with an awful looking rag that has been scrunched up into a ball and stuffed into the smallest bag they can find and a fight on your hands to get your money back. They won’t even send a returns label, say the are in China but yet they use a UK web address. I’m not letting this one go! Buy your outfits in Poundstretcher folk, it’ll be a lot classier and much better quality than you’ll get from this ‘company’

Do not order from this site they are theives. I ordered a suit for my mother which is not suitable I have been back and forth with emails they are refusing to send a returns label asking I put the suit on my mother and sends photos proving it doesn't fit it has my mother in a very distressed state she is a pensioner and can't afford to loss 156 pound they should be ashamed of themselves

I do not even want to give them 1 star, they are thieves and fraudsters.
My mum ordered a light pink dress and jacket for my nephews wedding, when it finally arrived it was a orange dress and white jacket and looked like a costume you would wear to a fancy dress party. It was cheap quality, too big and completely wrong in every way.
I have reported this company to trading standards, action fraud and my credit card company as they are refusing to provide the return label or address or refund.
Please don’t fall foul to this scam.
I have been involved in a back and forth with them for weeks now but they have stolen my money and have a number of excuses for not returning including time it will take for the item to be returned.
Again all lies and fraud.

This company does not deserve a rating . Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a two piece for my daughter’s wedding which looked great online. When it arrived the quality was really really poor, stitching was shoddy and sizing was way out. I even upsized to compensate for European sizes but didn’t make a difference. They skimped on fabric and it was too small. It also arrived all scrunched up in a small parcel. I haven’t attempted to contact them as after reading the reviews it seems it’s a useless task trying to get compensation. I shall just cut my losses and look for something else from a reputable company.

DO NOT use this company. They have stolen my money. I ordered 3 dresses. They sent 1 which was unsuitable and did not fit me. I asked to return it they said they were in China and it would cost too much. In the end I accepted I’d just keep that dress but they never sent the other 2 dresses and after numerous (approx 20) emails they have not refunded my money for those 2 dresses and now they are ignoring my emails completely. Awful, unprofessional Co.
The dresses were ordered last June and I am still trying to obtain a refund!! Despicable treatment of customers. I would advise anyone NOT to order from them!

My rating is less than one for this terrible company, I only wish I had read reviews before purchase.
I ordered a dress and jacket for my sons wedding.
With delivery it cost over £150, the outfit is nothing like picture/ description, it is very cheap.
When I asked for a refund I was offered a small percentage, when I declined they suggested that I have it altered or donate it to a charity shop.
I am discusted and very upset.
Please do not order from these awful people.

Where do I start...the dress I ordered for my elderly mother came back a month late and nothing like in the picture on their website....so tried to get a refund off them and after 4 months of haggling with the they agreed a 40% that was in September needless to say I haven't received a penny,placed the order in June we are now in February and they are ignoring all of my emails...anyone thinking of ordering off this site I would seriously avoid it

Rubbish Company. Ordered a dress
on 1 December 2022 And didn’t
received it until 22 December 2022
and it was faulty.

Looked good on line, however, when
it comes, it’s not the same as advertised.

The company need to be reported
to the (Trading Standards). For selling
faulty goods to the general public.

Stay well away from that company;
you informed them of their faulty goods, and request a refund, they
find it too expensive to reimburse
your hard earned money. They

in the dictionary.

You asked for a return label and they
leave you waiting and waiting, however, thank God for Solicitors
and Trading Standard. Please people,

This company is a total scam.please don't buy.Even when I sent proof they received my return 4 months later still no refund .They start to ignore any emails .

terrible company. Do not use. The dress I ordered came and it was the wrong size (their mistake) They refused to refund. Dress was terrible quality. Their only suggestion was that I pay to have it adjusted which was not possible as they sent a UK 12 and I am a UK16
I wasted £100 and there is no chance they will refund under any circumstances. Please do not order from them.

This company is a scam. I made the mistake of ordering before I read the reviews. Cancelled the same day and was promised a refund. 5 months later and I was still chasing and they kept promising it would be refunded within a week. My credit card company refunded me in the end. Credit card companies usually only refund a dispute if it is within a 3 months period but because I had more recent correspondence from them (and they will continue to correspond with you), I was eligible for a refund from my credit card company. Good luck!

This company are real scammer,Please never purchase from them .The materials are very cheap .In my own case they even got the size wrong as well .They refused to take it back they were offering me fifteen percent Thank God I took the case to my Bank. My Bank contacted them and I got a full refund .The company should be investigated they are a real scammer

WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO TRADE. THE CLOTHES CHEAP CHINESE RIPOFFS AND NO QUALITY. YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND.
