Agralan Growers should be ashamed.
Agralan Growers is the UK distributor for Birchmeier products including sprayers. They also supply spare parts for Birchmeier sprayers. According to their delivery terms they don't offer a next day delivery service and send by Royal Mail 2nd class mail. For this service they charge £10 + VAT to send a small packet of rubber gaskets. The pack itself costs only £10.47 plus VAT. It's the highest delivery charge for a tiny, lightweight item that I've ever seen from any company in the UK and I for one will never pay it since it means their total cost is almost the same as the cost to buy the brand new complete sprayer from another UK company. Because the item stayed in the cart I received an auto email offering me a 15% discount. When I phoned them to request a lower delivery rate they could not reduce the delivery charge and still allow me to have the discount. Someone was due to phone me back but never did. This review isn't for a purchased item as I didn't buy my spares from them due to this problem. Birchmeier Switzerland is assisting me much more than their UK distributor has done. For me this has been a shockingly bad experience from a UK distributor.
