🇫🇷 Je viens de rejoindre Agria avec l'aide de Clelie.

Elle a été extrêmement serviable et patiente car je voulais comprendre la couverture et les implications.

Ses réponses ont été rapides et détaillées. Plus important encore, Clelie m'a envoyé un message en anglais car j'apprends le français mais je ne suis pas assez compétent pour comprendre des problèmes complexes.

Clelie a accepté d'être mon point de contact à l'avenir, donc je peux être tranquille en sachant que la communication ne sera pas un problème. Merci

🇬🇧 I have just joined Agria with the help of Clelie.

She was extremely helpful and patient as i wanted to understand the cover and implications.

Her responses were prompt and detailed. Most importantly Clelie messaged me in English as i am learning French but not proficient enough to understand complex issues.

Clelie has agreed to be my point of contact in the future so i can rest easy knowing that communication will not be an issue. Thank you

This is a message of thanks to Stephanie Couaillet for all her help in sorting out our continued insurance for our dog 'Scooby'. Stephanie was very patient and helpful for us even when the admin department were lacking in arranging the paperwork for our contract.
I would recommend Stephanie anytime who needs assistance in the Aquitaine area.
