I ordered online, received confirmation of my order by email. I then received notification of dispatch and my goods arrived promptly in perfect condition. I will certainly be using Agribarn again!

Very good to deal with, fast dispatch & delivery

The order arrived securely packed. Goods - in this case two fleece lined shirts - are of excellent quality. So I am ready for what the weather wants to throw at me -snow - ice - wind - or tempest, - bring it on!

My order of Craghopper trousers came quickly, at a great price. Communication from the company was first class; I thoroughly recommend them.

I made an error with my order and they sorted quickly and item arrived in good time.

I ordered some Wellington boots and a ball launcher for the dog, box arrived looking like it had been run over by a truck. The ball launcher had been bent up inside and was completely out of shape. Flyer inside the box advertising the boots I had delivered £5 cheaper(apparent misprint). Sent pics to Agribarn and they denied the launcher was unuseable and offered me a £5 discount next time I use them (although the system was down) which will be never. The wellington's were battered but ok and not worth returning. They could of at least returned the cost of the ball launcher, they have lost a customer. Use somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

Delivery of my ordered item was reasonably prompt but I was a little disappointed that a £4.96 delivery charge was applied to the item (which cost £7.99). This niggle was somewhat amplified when I noticed on the delivery envelope that a postal charge a good deal less than £4.96 had been made (less than £2 as I recall).

Would definitely shop here again, quick postage and no hassle! Extremely pleased

The shoes I had ordered were out of stock and Agribarn were happy to agree to a substitute pair that were slightly more expensive at no extra charge. Very happy.

It's hard to find companies these days that actually care about their customers but I can't say that about Agribarn who I stumbled upon while browsing the internet for boots. I really wanted this particular pair of boots as I hadn't seen them in any of my local equestrian shops, and detest paying mad prices for shipping from the mainland to Ireland. I'm so glad that I could get them locally and when they weren't in stock I was emailed right away to let me know and also was given a £5 voucher off my next purchase for having to wait until they came back into stock. Tell me what company would do that for anybody these days! My boots were sent out free of charge and arrived on time in perfect condition.
