Excellent price quality ratio, quick delivery, good product

2 months ago my new mower broke down.
Still not back and for sure last time I buy something here.
Weeks before finally pickup of the machine and weeks before something happens, probably a few more weeks before I get this piece of junk back.

But, always a friendly answer that I need to be patience :-(

Very poor costumer service. Bought a lawn mower more than a month ago and still waiting to cut my lawn.

AT LEAST have an email address to write to!

I had two chances to get in touch with this company: once as I bought a meat slicer and had a request, so I entered it in a box as I was orderin: in less than 24 hours, they replied to what I asked in an extremely clear and concise manner. The second time was today, as I went to operate piece of equipment bought a few years ago and that I couldn't start: I waited only a few minutes to get a real person on the phone and, boy, was he helpful! Amazing, I only found this place a few months ago and so far, I can only praise their professionalism, quality of goods and customer service.

I bought a slicer machine for more than a month ago that did not work when it arrived. They last suggestion was that I should find someone to repair it, serious??? Worst online store ever

Italspawn always provide excellent customer service and support. I have used their services for many months now and they provide excellent value for money. I can buy a box of 30 litres of spawn for a much better price than other suppliers I have found. More importantly though the products are of a very high standard and I have produced some great mushrooms particularly Oyster and Pioppino. A great company!

I regret having to write this review about Agrieuro, a company that recently canceled my order in a completely unjustified manner. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and problematic.

I ordered two items on their website, agrieuro.com, with confidence, choosing the option for delivery to France, which was available in their sales form. My choice of delivery to France was confirmed by their team, resulting in a contractual agreement.

However, to my great dismay, Agrieuro chose to cancel my order without any valid explanation. They claimed that the product could not be delivered to France, even though this information was never clearly specified on their website.

This cancellation not only represented a breach of their contractual commitment but also was a blatant example of a lack of integrity and respect towards a conscientious customer.

I am deeply disappointed by this experience with Agrieuro, a company that, in my opinion, demonstrates neither professionalism nor transparency. I strongly recommend seeking more trustworthy alternatives for your purchasing needs.

Je suis au regret de devoir écrire cette critique concernant Agrieuro, une entreprise qui a récemment annulé ma commande de manière totalement illégitime. Mon expérience avec cette société a été extrêmement décevante et problématique.

J'ai commandé deux articles sur leur site, agrieuro.com, en toute confiance, en choisissant l'option de livraison en France, qui était disponible dans leur formulaire de vente. Mon choix de livraison en France a été confirmé par leur équipe, ce qui a donné lieu à un accord contractuel.

Cependant, à ma grande consternation, Agrieuro a choisi d'annuler ma commande sans la moindre justification valable. Ils ont prétendu que le produit ne pouvait pas être livré en France, bien que cette information n'ait jamais été spécifiée clairement sur leur site.

Cette annulation a non seulement été un manquement à leur engagement contractuel, mais elle a également été un exemple flagrant de manque d'intégrité et de respect envers un client consciencieux.

Je suis profondément déçu par cette expérience avec Agrieuro, une entreprise qui, à mon avis, ne fait preuve ni de professionnalisme ni de transparence. Je recommande fortement de chercher des alternatives plus dignes de confiance pour vos besoins d'achat.

I had an issue with a 165e I purchased and I contacted Agrieuro in July 2023 stating the issues. No response from them to date. The mower 165e digs up the lawn, goes out over the boundary wire constantly, it cannot be left unattended for any length of time. It now stops when the battery runs out and does not return to the docking station. I certainly do not recommend this machine.

1. The product (water pump)
It doesn't do what it states on the web-site (ie lift water out of a well). I wanted a replacement pump and this according to AgriEuros website, claims a lifting height greater than the pump I was replacing, however it failed to perform
I have subsequently purchased a different pump (slightly lower specification) from a local DIY store which is working perfectly, so I have made a request to Agrieuro for a returns reference and address for the product they sold me because of misrepresentation of its capability

Agrieuro have failed to provide this information, merely offered to let me speak with one of their technicians, then a few days later closed my ticket

Fantastic service. I am a Scottish woman living here in Italy and have 4 acres of land to manage. Sebastian in the Team was very patient and helpful to find the correct machine for my needs. The delivery was very quick and the machine works brilliantly. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I was looking for a home mixer that could handle the dense dough used for bagel making as I just could not knead a good amount by hand any longer. This mixer is just amazing and can handle just about any dough without a hitch! Love it and the best purchase in years for me.
