Very easy order processing and purchasing. Excellent communications about delivery, tracking and customer queries. Delivery was a bit slow but that was mainly down to Christmas and New Year disrupting the process. Unfortunately, goods arrived slightly damaged as a result of poor handling by courier service. However, replacement part has been sent without too much fuss and will hopefully arrive in the next few days.

AgriEuro is by far the best supplier of industrial machines we dealt with. The ordering was easy and fast. The packaging was excellent. The machine, an IM10, looks great and is of great quality. There is no plastic in the machine, only solid metal and steel.
Unfortunately, we bought the wrong model and after a short mail exchange, AgriEuro offered to take back the machine, minus a small fee so we could exchange to the model that we wanted.
Any other industrial supplier would have rejected a return and we are grateful to Valeria and her team.

Machine purchased isn't supplied with cable or EU/UK adaptor. You'll have to find a UK supplier to buy a ready made cable with the correct socket one end with a standard UK 3 pin plug on the other end.

Non sono proffessionali avevamo ordinato un tagliaerba la lama si è rotta durante il secondo uso con danni tipici di una rottura a causa di fatica prematura del acciaio. Nonostante le nostre varie prove ( fotografie) continuarono a dire che era nostra la colpa e che non era coperto da alcuna garanzia. Era come parlare contro un muro! Parlavano di zolle e sassi - cose che nel nostro giardino non sono presenti. Non avendo prove di ciò che ritenevano loro dovrebbero atenersi alla garanzia e quindi o riprendersi la macchina oppure darci a noi una nuova lama che non si rompa faccilmente. In tutto ciò non sono riusciti anzi.. ci dissero di ordinare una lama nuova a nostre spese. Nei mesi seguenti abbiamo cercato una lama da altri venditori ma purtroppo senza trovarla, oramai cè il bisogno visto che la bella stagione e tornata di tagliare l'erba e ci siamo visti costretti a ordinare una lama nuova da loro. Quando quest'ultima si romperà abbiamo deciso di iniziare una causa legale.

Nice prices, rubbish aftersales. We bought a lawnmower at Agrieuro, but the second time we used it the blade broke with a very clean fracture, as one would see in cases of material fatigue. Given that this happened within two months after the purchase, the obbligation to prove client responsibility lay completely with AgriEuro. With every mail they sent they gave us a different interpretation of the pictures of the damage. We are still unconvinced by their explanations, and frankly feel we are entitled to a replacement blade. But don't expect these people to give in to customer rights if they can avoid it. In the end we bought a new blade. The 30 euros we paid for that blade do not heard so much, but the way we were treated continues to anger us. We will never buy here again if we can in any way avoid it.
