Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect: the communication, the price, the delivery and - of course, the most important thing - the product. I highly recommend Agrieuro to buy the products if you can find them on their webshop.

In stock, but only shipped after we asked to cancel the order
Ordered a bread spiral kneader at Agrieuro. It was in stock and would ship the next day.
No news after a week. Therefore I sent an email to the service desk that we wanted to cancel our order.
The service employee acknowledged that something went wrong and that the order had indeed not yet been shipped.
However, she completely ignored the cancellation request.
On the contrary the same day a shipment was created by Agrieuro.
Making it impossible to cancel the order without cost although we clearly stated that we wanted to cancel the order before the shipment was done.

Looks better than in the pictures! Very silent dough mixer. Excellent quality, service and shipping. I'm very satified, thank you very much!
P.S... now I need dough roller, but you don't have assortment of dough rollers, I hope in next months or future it would better;-)
