We are very disappointed

We are very disappointed. Our chipper is clearly a used and returned product, reboxed with new fastening clips. There are greased up parts and the smell of fuel in the tank. We can also see wood has been put down the shaft with mud still on the safety flaps, the wheels are scuffed and used and the actual chipper has a dent and paint chipped off. We have contacted Agrieuro and hoped for a swift replacement or full refund but have been told to assemble it to check if it is working and then accept a discount. This is an unacceptable breach of consumer rights. We paid for a new product and expect one.

4 Mar. Update: A week after we were assured the chipper would be collected and replaced, we are still waiting for it to be collected. We then have to prove by sending a picture that it has been collected before Agrieuro will send a new replacement. Bear in mind we have already had to prove that it was received and was second hand, prove it was packaged as originally sent before they would action anything.

Disappointing experience from delivery to support

The machine was delivered poorly packaged, which resulted in several parts being damaged during transport. As a consequence, the equipment has been unusable since the day it arrived.

I reported the issue immediately on December 2nd. Since then, I have been waiting for a solution, but all I have received are vague responses like “soon”, “after January 6th in theory”, and “we will let you know”. No concrete dates, no clear plan, and no accountability.

Weeks have now passed without any real progress. Meanwhile, I am unable to use the machine for professional purposes, which directly affects my business.

This is not just an inconvenience, but a serious failure in both logistics and after-sales support. For a company selling professional equipment, this level of service is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering here. Problems can happen, but how a company handles them says everything.

We sincerely regret that your machine arrived with transport damage. After assessing the extent of the damage, our technician promptly generated an order for the damaged parts—a solution we usually adopt as it is faster than retrieving the machine and sending a new one.

Unfortunately, on this occasion, the process took longer than usual, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. During December, our supplier was closed for almost the entire month due to the Christmas holidays, which delayed the delivery of the requested replacement parts until they reopened.

We are aware of your dissatisfaction and want to assure you that we did everything possible to resolve the situation as efficiently as we could. We hope to earn your trust with your next purchase and demonstrate our commitment to excellent service.

looks like a good piece of machinery

looks like a good piece of machinery , but delivery service was a disaster, took almost a month and i had to communicate with the delivery service myself and it took a lot of calls .... technical assistance about something which is not explained in the manual , belt tension lever , has been complicated , no answer yet ...

Avoid! typical bad 2025 experience

1000+ EUR purchase experience: They delivered the product in bad condition. Also the product is not the same as on the pictures. Customer service ignored my complaint for several days now. No reaction. Really bad service.

Avoid this company like the…

Avoid this company like the plague........

DHL cannot deliver to the right place but Agrieuro are happy for me to waste money on chasing around for the package.
No customer service skills whatsoever, a simple message stating they will refund the money would have been appropriate.
TAKE NOTE the company after sales service is really poor as the one star reviews show on here.

First and last time I use this amateur firm.

Poor company.

Update. This company have admitted that the package was not sent to my requested location. They have no concept of customer care. I have already driven 60kms to pick up from my requested location and the package was not there.

We can see that the riding-on mower and the accessories have been delivered to your house.
About the fuel tank and the cover sheet, DHL actually delivered them to the wrong service point the first time. We immediately took care of that and DHL delivered the next day to the service point in Lorca, as you asked in your first message in the assistance ticket.
You can pick up your parcel from the service point at any time.

No delivery on stock items

I ordered a swimmingpool at 5 juli . Credit cart rejected so i payed the pool on monday 8 july as soon as i got the message. So you should think the shipped the pool on thuesday or wednesday . They claim to deliver in 72h.abroad . Still didn't got a pool today. Even worse . I don't know when it is deliverd.
So i don't recommend this shop. I live in Spain.

We received your payment on 09/07 and the order left our warehouse the same day.
In the advertisement for the product you purchased, we stated that the item would leave our warehouse within 48 hours after payment, while delivery would take 6 to 8 working days.
The courier reported to us problems with the delivery of your order, so we opened a support ticket and asked you for information. When we received your reply yesterday, 24/07, the first shipment had been put back by the courier due to non-delivery, so we immediately proceeded with a new shipment.
The new item is on its way and the courier will contact you by phone before delivery to make arrangements with you.

I thought that AgriEuro was a good…

I thought that AgriEuro was a good company and have in the past spent a fair amount of money on them. However over the past months they have failed big time.

My latest order around the beginning of January 2024 was for 2 bags for the leaf collector I bought from them. However they took my money and promptly said that they were out of stock AND didn't refund any of my money. Since then I have heard nothing from the despite several requests for either news on my order or my money back. Even threats of a denuncia have done nothing - total response from AgriEuro equals total blank. They are not answering on their website nor the phone nowr emails. It is almost as though they have simply disappeared into thin air.

I am just about to initiate a formal denuncia against their senior management for wilful theft as well as incompetence. It does amaze me that they would allow their company & reputation be wrecked for a hundred or so Euros !!

Desperately bad

Desperately bad. I ordered a wood chipper on 29 December 23 and their web site said delivery in 3 days. Here we are, on the 10 January 24 with still no sign of it. I have asked for a refund but no sign of that either!

Simple and fast way to buy generator online in EU.

The website order process is simple and straightforward. Products selection is very easy. I purchased the MOSA GE 6000 YDM 5KW genset, and it was shipped very quickly. The package was secured and delivered as expected. The generator ran on a first try, although the throttle was locked by the OEM at a lower speed which was not startable for the genset. The product quality was excellent, it ran easily on 1-2 pull.

Once again the product from Agrieuro is…

Once again the product from Agrieuro is excellent it was delivered quickly at a good price and works really well when a battery needs charging or if the battery has gone flat I can start both my Mercedes and my landrover 4x4 easily after only a few minutes. The built-in overload protection works well too.

The communication is terrible

The communication is terrible, the service is low,
mistakes are plenty.
I did receive the article, after two attempts and way longer than promised.
The price is low, but I will never buy here again.

However, when you opened the assistance ticket the shipment was still in time and we promptly replied within a couple of hours and then once a day to keep you updated about the situation. Indeed you paid the 9th of January and the item was shipped less than 48h after (as specified in the section "Free shipping"). The delivery atime is approx. 7-10 business days and you wrote us the 7th business day. In order to avoid further delay, even if it didn't depend on us but only on the Carrier Company, we shipped a new machine that was delivered within 3 days, thus ensuring the service and the delivery.
