Has to be the worst place I have ever worked. They literally make a point of bullying you and making your life a misery. They will retrospectively attack anything you've said, they even undermine former staff members infront of their family members and they have such a 'cult' or 'clique' like mentality, the family members will even laugh along. It might be the most toxic and damaging environment I've ever worked in 20 years of work. I was even warned this would happen blow for blow so we can't all be wrong. This is embarrassing for both them and me. I am a grown man and the way I was treated was disgusting, I literally cried at my desk, and was mocked, with fatist and ageist remarks. Steer clear, an awful company that is being ran on the hoof. They make you surmise everything you've done in a day even though the whole job is cold colding, they even questioned how long I spent in the toilet on occassion, given that you aren't allowed to talk for 2 hours every morning this is particularly oppressive. Do not work here. The fact they openly mock anyone they've fired should make them realise their culture needs to be dealt with but it is, instead a source of amusement for them as they are bullies.

Firstly, this is not news to you, because you asked the recruiter you work with who recommended me for the job to call me and ask me to remove my review at the time. Of course I never allowed any of your team to see me upset, that does not mean it didn't happen. I find it ridiculous that this has been replied to 2 years later. Really shows you have a handle on the values and culture of your business. I stand by everything I have said and have even been thanked by interviewees who have read my review before turning down job offers from you as they could sense the toxic nature of your office.

It's true that there are so many jobes and limited in job it's near to nature amazing listen me that to do work in greeenary and live in nature 🌿🍃 so exitng me don't know how time pass it cure me and all u get daily new changes in plant and yur farm do full happy.।।।।। Thanks u nature.।। I like new farming.।।।

I have only been with the business for 6 weeks, and I have been made to feel so welcome. Sounds like a cliché, but it is the best organisation I have ever worked for! I come from a corporate background, so moving to a smaller independent close knit business was a little daunting for me at first – but it is the best move I have ever made. We are all professionals who truly care and are deeply passionate about our clients, candidates and our specialist divisions. We all have a say and have input in the future of AgriFJ, we are all listened to, and our suggestions are explored. We sat down and wrote our mission statement together, so it means something to all of us. We work hard, but we play hard too. I have finally found somewhere I feel I belong and am so happy.
