I was looking for certain items which was rare and hard to come by, I phoned in and immediately got assisted and was told to give them 2 days and I will have my parts. On the parts that is freely available I could not believe how well priced Agriline's products are. I saved about £186 just on 7 different items. I will definitely continue support Agriline with this type of service.

First time tractor owner and first time buyer from agriline. I can say that the help and service i received form the guys on the phones was fantastic. got exactly what i need despite being unsure myself. and i also got thing i wouldnt even have thought of. Very helpful and will be back.

I have spent several pounds with them over the last couple of yrs but at the moment they seem to be getting very pour on comstmer service
Order about 30 pounds worth of stuff that said was in stock I had a email saying it was going to be a month before the next lot was in they should check the stock daily as 4 weeks long is no good to me
I phone them up and said ferund the money back for those bit as had to get else where and more postage costs
They said it would be dispatched on that day to witch it wasn't so phoned again today and they said it will be today as they didn't have time to pick it even though it was only 1 o'clock in the afternoon
Not even a sorry or a refund on the post as didn't get what I payed for will be taking up with management
If u promise next day then it should be or dont do the service u say u are doing

Have been purchasing from Agriline for many years now and it is always been a straightforward and simple process. Recently need to contact Sean for out of stock item and I was very happy with the way he helped me. Will buy from again, simple as that.

We recently bought some parts for my grey fergi, the gasket is disintegrated already we haven’t even had it a month. We also bought a steering wheel which has been under cover and has already began rusting.

I recently ordered some parts for my ford 3000. The website was easy to use and had all the parts for the ford 3000 in one place, which made it very easy to find what I need.

For the parts I couldn’t find, the customer service team was very helpful and knowledgeable, they found the part I wanted and also guided me to the part on the website as well.

We be returning for more parts very soon.

I bought an alternator conversion for a Ford 3000.There is no drive for the rev counter, you have to buy an oil pump conversion kit. This conversion will not fit with the standard canister oil filter, you have to buy a screw on oil filter kit. when you fit the oil filter conversion kit the rev counter conversion will not fit ! I have spoken to Ethan,Sam and David and sent photos. They promised to get back to me and sort this problem. They have not. I phoned today and spoke to David and when I identified who I was he cut me off...I have tried ringing back and my number is blocked !!! I have been very patient and never aggressive or rude...I belong to a large tractor club and I wonder what the other members will make of this service...?

This company is great to deal with we run 7 Ford tractor's from the 1960s to the 1970s all are working tractor's and we get most of our part's from Agriine parts are reasonably priced and shipping through DHL is very reasonable and very fast usually 5days from the UK to Vancouver Island in Canada

Reviews are often based on the products that we buy, what they are like, if they are fit for purpose, and so on.

But the best indicator for me is what the company does when things don't work out or go wrong.

I have bought many products from Agriline and they've all been great, but I bought a seat for my Ford 4600 (I bought the expensive original type - thinking it would be much better than the cheaper one).

There were no instructions with the seat and although it's easy to fit I couldn't get the suspension to work and thought I must have set it up wrong.

I hadn't but it took a while to work that out.

I spoke to Agriline at the Malvern tractor show, they promised to call me first thing Monday.

They did.

They offered to exchange the seat no questions.

I decided to go too their shop and I met up with Ethan, who got a replacement out but still had the same issues that I did with the new one (they are now reviewing the product with the product team) 👍🏻

So I exchanged the seat for the cheaper one which works a treat and is now proudly fitted to my tractor 🚜 😊

My experience was of course disappointing but resolved well in a way which will make me shop at Agriline again, and again.

I purchased a handbrake lever for a Fordson Power Major. Not cheap at £72 but it looked OK on the website. Probably the worst made part I've ever bought for any vehicle. Absolutely nothing lined up. The lever fouled the petrol tank, the pawl was misaligned to the ratchet and a twisted hand hold.Little care was taken in the manufacture, ugly welding lumps and uneven channels. It took 2 hours to fit and looks horrible. Agriline did however get in touch very quickly and made every effort to resolve the issue.

I only recently came across Agriline through a friend and I have found them excellent in every way. I have been in contact with Sasha, Matt and Robert and they have been very helpful. I will definitely be passing Agriline on to my neighboring farms.

We have been buying parts from Agrilline for years. The service is fantastic and delivery super quick.

I have ordered almost 30 different products for the restoration of an old tractor in 2 consignments and I am truly happy with the service. The speed is awesome, within two days the consignment had landed in East Africa, took me another 3 days to clear and receive. I recently ordered a steering sector shaft when I opened the package I noticed the shaft was wrong 5he number on the package was right the manufacturer packaged it wrong I e-mailed Agriline on Thursday afternoon from here in the states first thing Friday morning they e mailed me back apologizing for the mix up and that they were shipping me a replacement Sure enough Tuesday in my mailbox arrived the new shaft.
Now that’s some impressive.The main thing I like about this company is they answer the phone in person no machines that don’t call back and they answer their e-mails in a timely fashion. Also their prices are very good it’s a little far for me for shipping but I’m going to look at maybe ordering more parts in an order to spread out the shipping charge.The definitely impressed me.
