This company is not legit, stay away!

I ordered from them 3 months ago and payed 235 € with my card. No goods have been shipped and they don't answer phone. In 1 of 3 emails they replied they didn’t receive payment even though I sent them bank receipt.

Stay away or loose your money!!!

Total Scam !!!

DO NOT BUY HERE !!!

They do not deliver, answer,....

I ordred and used apple pay they sended a proinvoice saying i needed to bank transfer the money but i already paid and the money is gone from account
I sended mails and used the contact on page but no answer

They don’t send the order that I placed, but they where very fast to take my money😡 when you send them an email or call, there is no response.
So a very bad experience with this company.

AVOID !! Terrible experience with this company.
I ordered and payed . I received the order confirmation but no shipping information, when I contacted the company by mail to inform when they would send my payed product (i did include my Credit Card record of the payment) they insisted they did not receive my payment .
I checked with my Credit Card company , they confirmed the payment was done.
I informed the company (by mail) that the payment was done with the evidence, they disputed that and told me they did not receive my payment , they would not ship the product and it was up to me to get my payment re-imbursted from the creditcard company . (So lucky i used a credit card for payment with payment protection)
So I filed a complaint at my credit card company, included all evidences and are now waiting for their decision.
Wast of money , time , effort and energy ,

They do respond quickly via mail , although you will not like the content of the mail.

Like the others have written; I ordered, payed but nothing arrives. I have waited since December.

You have to answer your customers service on your mail, Thats why I only give you 3 stars, I would have liked to know about the delayed, otherwise one believes it scam . The product I received it ok. Thank you.

Seems like the company doesn’t ship products anymore. Paid for the product but never received it, and it’s been many months now

huge scam company never trade there.. they steal your money....

I placed my order and transferred the money but never got any product nor any response by mail or telephone when trying to get in touch with them
I guess the fact that they dont accept credit cards should have been a wake up call for me.

What fooled most me was their history at cusrev.com where they had mostly positive but also some negative reviews, which made it credible.
Later I discovered that I, as a customer, can not write a review directly to cusrev.com, but they get their reviews from the companies themselves.

I registered at the agro-fluid.de website and wrote my review but (no surprise) it is still in "Your evaluation is waiting for activation" state and not visible at cusrev.com
If you try to call them you just get an answering machine in polish.

Here at Trustpilot there was only one review at that time (by someone else being scammed just like me).

On their website they have now added a fake "Google Trusted Store" logo
Google Trusted Store doesn't exist anymore and the link only goes back to the agro-fluid.de page.

If you still insist on ordering from them, give them a call first or send them a mail, to make sure you get a response (which you probably will not get).

Edit 240725:
Today they did refund me my money due to the packet being returned to them as undeliverable.
So in the end I was not scammed out of any money.
Don't know what to believe about this store.
