Highly recommend. Fast and very efficient service. Replaced old softener which wasn’t working properly for new one. Andrew fitted within 2 days of visit to check old machine. Excellent work.

Something went wrong with our water softener so I contacted Ag softeners for advice. Andrew came round to examine it and said, due to the age, it had stopped working. Andrew offered two solutions and we opted for a refurbishment. It was completed within a week and is now working perfectly well.

I was recommended Andrew from someone who refurbishes water softeners as the "person to go to". I had a few detailed questions which Andrew answered, even on the weekend - this was critical to me buying the water softener as he gave me some very good advise. When it came to installing it, even prior to the installation he was very communicative and gave me a quote which was detailed enough for me to understand and fair enough (price wise). On installation, he was so friendly, courteaous and knowledgeble I almost wished he offered more services outside of water softners so I could use him for other things based on the excellent and tidy installation he did for us.

We reported a problem with our Twintec water softener but Harveys couldn't look at it for 3 weeks. We later got a call from UK Water Softeners who had installed the softener for us over 10 years ago. They got hold of Andrew who came round later that day to check on the problem. He took the softener away and tested it over the weekend. He called us on Monday to discuss the repairs required and cost to fix it. He then arrived the next day and reinstalled it. All sorted within 3 working days. Excellent service all round.

Having had a TwinTec S3 Water softener for nearly 8 years giving us good reliable service, only 2 call outs in the first 2 years. Excellent on salt use 2 blocks last on average 6 weeks constant use (no holidays). Took it with use on a recent house move & had andrew from AG sfteners come & refit the machine. prompt to arrive, worked hard all day. When finished cleaned up magnifisently. A very polite gentleman who knows what he is doing. Made an excellent job, all the pipe work very compact & tidy. Giving my wife a great deal of under sink storage space to whitch she is very pleased with. We would recomend Andrew for any Water softener work a pleasure to do business with.

Andrew was fantastic when we had a problem with our Mini Max water softener. The problem was fixed in good time and the service was excellent. Andrew was respectful and understanding especially with the COVID situation at the moment. Would definitely recommend.

An exceptional customer service experience. Andrew was punctual and extremely professional and polite. He fitted a TwinTec S4 with no fuss even though it was in a relatively tight space. He is very knowledgeable and provided some really useful advice and information. Great value for money too. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew and A G Water Softener Services.

I have had a TwinTec in my current house for about 15 years without any real problems and then the other day I discovered a leak in the cupboard under the sink where it is installed. Unfortunate as we had a new kitchen not long ago. After phoning Harveys who said it would be 5-6 weeks before an engineer could come (would you believe!) and my insurance company who said they could only isolate the leak I called Kevin Goody, Andrew's father who sold me the softener. In less than an hour Andrew called me and arranged to come the next day despite having others jobs to attend before. He carried out the repair efficiently whilst conversing with me in a friendly and helpful manner. When I asked him if he could check the general condition of the softener he did so without hesitation and advised me accordingly. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Andrew of AG Softeners has just fitted a Twin-Tec non-electric softener for me. He initially visited to carry out a survey prior to any purchase and installation. During this visit there was absolutely no hard sell. He was more than happy to just quote for installation only if I opted to purchase a unit elsewhere. He left the survey visit having only given a quote for installation. However, after contacting Andrew again and discussing options with him, I decided to purchase a refurbished unit with warranty from AG Softeners. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly and comprehensively. AG Softeners refurbished the unit themselves and so were confident in the quality of the refurbished product they were providing. Andrew messaged me the day before installation to confirm the time he would arrive. Before installation, Andrew showed me the water softener unit, including the ‘works’ inside. The refurbished unit looks as new to me. The actual installation was carried out and the pipework installed was extremely neat and tidy under the kitchen sink. At all times Andrew was helpful, polite, cheerful and left everything extremely tidy. During the time I was considering which softener to purchase, Andrew always replied promptly to phone and email queries. I have no hesitation in recommending AG Softeners.

Great service arrived on time, took care with installation and not to make any mess in the kitchen. The engineer even fixed my leaking sink. Would recommend you use him for all water softener installation and maintenance.

I called Andrew out following a problem with an old water softer system. After investigating the problem he offered 3 options. I went for a full refurb. next day Andrew returned and fitted the system which is now working great. Job well done, clean and tidy. He also assisted me with an unrelated plumbing issue which I would have not been able to sort myself. Andrew clearly enjoys what he does and is one of those that likes to be helpful. I would recommend him highly. He deserves every success.
