Sat in a lesson 12 days ago and my hours have still not been uploaded to my record. I was expecting better service than this. The rules state that they should be uploaded within 5 days. Contacted the company many times, same excuse every time, busy. Not happy at all, wont use again.

Got in touch with Adrian, in turn a lady called me back with details how to book, I duly booked the full five modules which was easy to do & got me a better price, probably the best price around.
The tutors that delivered the courses were really good and knowledgeable, the courses were interesting & informative, the certificates were emailed and the completed modules uploaded on the GOV.UK website within a few days... So, first class and highly recommended.

There courses are probably fine but communication is shocking. Booked a course weeks ago and asked a couple of questions on both email and text but no reply, they appear to hide behind the “WE’RE TOO BUSY TO REPLY TO EMAILS OR TAKE CALLS” stance. Ended up booking with another company whose communication was pretty much instant and at an equally competitive price. As I said, there courses may be fine but take your chances 🤷

AVOID! I paid in JULY, it is now September. Apart from acknowledging payment I have heard nothing since. The phone always says he is running a course due to trainer sickness and that phone will be back on 09:15, it never is and message box is full Left emails, texts etc. and filled out website form three times. No response! Basically looks like I have lost my money! Only think they do is remove complaining comments from Facebook page.

Adrian is a top guy and a top company. I bought a full 5 day online package and was priced very reasonable. The training session were spot on and worked well on zoom.

Professional courteous had time for each trainee and made it informative and fun would not use any body else highly recommended thanks to Adrian and the team

Was a little worried about receiving the link late but all worked out okay. Smooth running and enjoyable day.

I texted Adrian on Thursday 4th July 2024 at 13:08 hours about my CPC due on 9th September 2024 and ask if there any availability CPC on Sunday 7th July as it my Rest day. Adrian call me back at 15:28 on 4th July and have help me to book all 5 courses which I ask
for every Sunday for 5 weeks.



Today is Sunday 21st July 2024 is my third CPC, our instructor is Michael, the topic is about Driver Compliance.

Today 20th July 24 there has been IT issues and Adrian and micheal both were on courses they kept calm and worked it out. Very good guys. I enjoyed today meeting I’ve learned something new. Thank you

I’ve completed three out of the five modules that I need for my CPC qualification.
There was a relaxed atmosphere and great interaction on Zoom between the trainers and those who attended the online courses that were provided.
Keep up the good work guys and I look forward to seeing you again soon for the upcoming two other modules required for me to complete the 35 hours training.

Friendly and helpful

This is my 4th course with ag training.
I have recieved my link the day before every time.
Everytime i go on a course it all refreshes my memory.
The trainers are all experinced and always answer any questions and if they cant they will try and get the answer to your question if they cant.
Keep up the good work guys.
