If I could, I would give an even worse review. I feel completely scammed by Aguni. Purchased a father`s day personalized t-shirt that not only took a month to arrive but the print in the t-shirt is not even close to the picture I sent to be used for the print. They have used a standard whatever print and just sent me like this. I feel even embarrassed of the thought of giving this present to my husband.
This is just a SCAM! I ordered a personalised hoodie from them thinking it was an Amsterdam brand... I received it 4 weeks later from China and the quality is so poor that you shouldn't be able to sell that! Since then I am contacting the customer service but no answer. Really sad!

I placed an order two weeks ago and since then—nothing. The track & trace hasn’t updated at all, and it’s completely impossible to get in touch with anyone. No feedback, no customer service, no response whatsoever. Extremely frustrating experience. Avoid this store at all costs!

Ordered a gift for Father’s Day, received a tracking number from china, no update since 2nd June.
Trying to contact customer service is useless since they just copy and paste the same message.
Well I learned my lesson, sadly at the expense of a Father’s Day gift
