I am so grateful to Ahaharmony for making this product available. Customer service is great. I love that new programs are continually added. I use my device around the clock, except while it charges.

I had a wonderfully quick and thorough response from customer support. The adapter from the cable to the computer had come apart and within a few days, a new one had been shipped. I love this device and this company!♥️

The customer service is excellent! Nicole was very helpful and understanding regarding the problem I had with my Aha Harmony. It was quickly sorted. I love my Aha as it has helped me with my sleep problems! I would highly recommend it!

I really love using my Aha Halo and I carry it close to me all the time.

I’ve used it for all sorts of conditions and it’s helped with them all: physical, mental and Spiritual.

Using the Schumann resonance certainly helps elevate my mood and keeps me feeling balanced when in a potentially stressful situation- (which is often the case because I am a Cook.)
Also, yesterday, when my mood was low and I was feeling a bit negative, I used the program called Aura Cleansing and this significantly cleared me of that mood and I just felt a lot better.
And finally, when I use the program called Good Sleep 1, that’s exactly what I have: a good sleep. And my sleep pattern used to be terribly poor, but now it is consistently good since having the Halo.

And I just want to add that the Customer Service is absolutely fantastic and the best I’ve ever encountered. All the people that have dealt with me seem to be full of love and patience. I have asked so many questions since I received my Halo and they have been so kind and accommodating in every reply.

Really impressed with the new Halo Device it’s so portable and the customer services are great, Vicky Wang has been so helpful today, very much appreciated.

My husband placed an order in November and after arriving in the UK the parcel fell victim to EVRI and was “lost” Ahaharmony have been brilliant and have helped us effectively and quickly to make sure we got our order which was delivered successfully with royal mail. Customer service was very good indeed.

Prompt responses and had patience when i needed several emails to resolve my issues. I haven’t got my device yet so this is just my experience with customer email replies. Very good

Hi, this is my first review here. I don’t work for the company, and this isn’t written by a bot. this is just me giving kindness back to the customer service and also to help others who have similar health issues like mine. 1st..i need to highlight that this is a trustworthy company, they have great fast customer service, the delivery was fast, no delays, no issues with the product, and the product works( its a scalar device, similar to Rife machines. 👍👌
2nd.. I highly recommend the device especially if you have health issues you’re trying to manage and want help with symptoms. It has programs for calming the body and mind, plus “energetic” ones e.g (aura/chakras/meridians).
If you want an easy way to test it, try the stomach or gut discomfort programs first those have been really helpful.
Also, if youre sensitive to solar flares/solar storms or high Schumann resonance days (like if you get body aches or feel overstimulated), I would suggest using:
“Schumann Resonance 7.83hz” for calming + grounding, and
the “Cells” programs for body aches.
The meridian pathway programs are also really good in general..If you have ever got relief from acupuncture, you should try them too( They are also helpful if you deal with detox issues/blockages).

Their solfeggio frequency programs are great for mental health, I prefer using the device for that instead of playing the frequencies on YouTube.

They also have organ cleansing programs (liver, gut, kidneys, lymphatic, etc.). NOTE if you’re sensitive to detox suplements, have detox blockages, or have MTHFR gene mutation.. don’t overdo it... go slow. If you’re unsure, than I recommend messaging the company and asking what they suggest.

they have a really nice Facebook community group that’s actually helpful so you can ask for suggestions and read what different programs others have used for similar issues you have). plus they have YouTube videos (webinars) showing what the programs are and how to use the device. There are also doctors talking about it (for example Dr. Jin W. Sung recently did a video-I randomly already followed his channel) so it was nice to see him mentioning it, besides that there are other users who share their experiences.

Customer service is the reason I’m writing this review. They reply really fast, and they’re very nice and kind. They asked if I would be willing to leave a review and I said yes even though I don’t usually write reviews and didn’t even have an account here.
I bought my first device in May 2025, and as I’m writing this (December) I bought more so I can run multiple programs at the same time, i needed their reassurance about splitting my orders so they won't ship together because i was worried about coustoms issues in my country. special thank you to Vicky Wang for helping me with my recent purchase 🙏.
some info that might help:
Shipping was fast (DHL). The device is small but sturdy, you can put it in your pocket and use it in stressful environments without people knowing (if you have stress issues try the programs: solfeggio, relaxing 1 or 2, 7.83hz.
meridians programs: (ask chatgpt to deep research meridians pathways/Chinese medicine and ask him which meridians to use to calm your body or help with different physical or emotional symptoms- *this is very useful if you have multiple devices since you can do multiple meridians like they treat in acupuncture)*

NOTE: If you have something really serious/chronic like cancer or a disease that needs more intense support, I would also look into the "Spooky2" rife machine. It’s from the same developers/company behind Aha Halo - It has way more programs for chronic illnesses and can run multiple frequencies together. (I dont personally have it, but its been around a long time and i read a lot of people treating their chronic illnesses with it... they also have Facebook groups where people share protocols and advice.) i would still get the aha halo because its just easier to use and you can take it with you to places and let others use it so they can learn about this tech.

btw the frequency output is 3 feet from each side, and you can use it on you pets. *IT DOESN'T PUT OUT EMF* it helps with managing EMF sensetivity, so don't worry, and you can ask the company or Facebook groups for reassurance.

besides using this device, i would suggest following these youtube channels for overall better health, healing the health issues, and getting trusted information and suplements recommendations: Dr berg*, Thomas DeLauer, Dr Ben Lynch (MTHFR), Felix Harder,
for energy healing/calming: Donna Eden*, Devin white light, blended insight, Reiki Rachael*.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Aha Halo. I considered purchasing one for several months and finally decided to order when it went on sale for Black Friday—and I am so grateful I did. I am 63 years old and have always taken good care of my health; however, in recent years I began noticing increasing joint pain and stiffness, especially in the mornings, as well as a decline in my overall energy levels over the past year.

Unsure which program to try first, I began with the “Whole Body Cleanse,” and the results were remarkable. I noticed a difference on the very first day, and since then, my discomfort has completely subsided. I feel energetic and genuinely joyful again. Even my mood and sense of calm have noticeably improved.

I realize this may sound almost too good to be true, but I assure you that I am sharing my honest experience—if anything, I am consciously tempering my enthusiasm because the benefits have exceeded my expectations. The Aha Halo has truly made a meaningful difference for me.

I am just in awe how well it is working and will be recommending it to all my friends who prefer holistic modalities! My heartfelt thanks to John White and his wonderful team!!!! But also to sweet Vicky Wang who gets back to us practically by the next day to answer questions, gives guidance and help! The results have been absolute miraculous because I use my body for Kinesiology and am able to check for how many minutes or what other programs my husband and I may need ! I. e. : we needed quite a bit of assistance
( already 82 and 85 yrs. old), for memory, we both needed it for 70 min, 3 days later already down to 50 min. , same with teeth ( these were most urgent!) and felt the results and hardly any bleeding , 3% / 4 % DMSO eye drops we needed at least 2 x a day for the last year, after 3 days our body no longer wanted them, we were including "the "CDS" C Protocol for the last 3 months for overall health and already by the next day our body no longer wanted it, etc. , etc. !! So by being a lot more specific with all programs we can also experience these wonderful results. The "Sleep I" program has been working really well for us. Deeper sleep and getting up less often during the night, or even have slept through a couple of times! This has not happened in years! We have been absorbing God's Healing energy twice a day ( like a meditation) for over 17 years and therefore we do not include the Hooponopono ritual. I had practiced that also prior to joining our global Spiritual Healing group. My husband was quite tense one morning , so he used the Delta Waves program for 20 min. and felt totally relaxed afterwards. One more big success re finances. I had used the "Wealth/ Luck" program for just 2 days a week! And we got the surprise of our life. With very high Dental bills right now we wanted to cancel our supplemental Insurance because the reimbursements from them were always so minimal. Low and behold, 7-10 days later we received a statement from this Insurance, that they already paid the Dental Office $595.00 based on their Pre-Treatment Estimate!! We were floored!! The treatments had not even taken place yet, unheard of!! So we look forward to even more miraculous surprises! Thank you, thank you, we are so immensely gratefulful !!!!!!!!

While I can navigate systems pretty good, I'm a little challenged when it comes to software/hardware compatibility and I was lost with the software I needed for my Mac. I reached out to customer service and Nicole guided me through the process and I actually learned a thing or two along the way. Thanks for the help to get the upgrade and software I needed.

Updated 2/23/26: I use 2 programs every day, muscle discomfort and sleep and both work great for me. I'm sensitive to frequencies so I can only run 2 per day so far. But the Halo is an amazing device and can do so much more! I love how they are constantly updating it and adding new programs. Nicole Luo is still wonderfully helpful with her guidance and answering my questions!

I am still waiting for the Aha Halo device to arrive but I've had a great experience with Nicole answering all my questions and I had a lot! lol Excellent customer support! I'm looking forward to testing out the device once I get it.

Firstly, absolutely love the halo device!!! From the first day of use, I have noticed within minutes whatever the issue it was different/gone. Not sure how quickly as, it was only when I thought about the pain/discomfort that I realised it was gone.

I also can’t speak highly enough about the support staff, they truly go above and beyond, assistance with the use of the device, to helping with purchasing more for my family.

Am 100% recommending the company and the device to everyone!!! Love my Halo 😇
