I had a very good experience getting my suits. From start to finish. Multiple fabric samples to give an idea on the feel and fit of your chosen suits. Friendly and comfortable environment. Will definitely recommend

We ordered my brothers wedding suit from these guys in summer. We were really nervous after reading some of the previous reviews but we need not have been.
We upgraded to express service and the suit was here in 3 weeks as promised. The suit was perfect, every little detail was as we wanted it and after the final fitting it fit like a glove .
Would definitely recommend theses guys and would definitely use again without a doubt.

David and the team were absolutely amazing making the father of the bride suit for my wedding. One of the tailors provided a home visit for my father because he's disabled and nothing was too much trouble. David had a courier send the suit to my Dad's home to try on and alterations were needed so it was rushed back and mended in record time. I'm blown away by the quality of the suit, the attention to detail, the beautiful stitching. The array of choices and customisations available is matched by few other tailors. The customer service is excellent. My dad requested the front of his trousers be made longer to accommodate sitting in his chair and every measurement and request was honoured. My father would buy from here again and I cannot wait to get my own suit and one for my husband too. We cannot sing the praises of David and the team enough. We just had such a great experience and this is a suit my father will love for years and years.

I ordered three matching sets of ties and pocket squares for my Dad's wedding in September, one for him to wear and for the two groomsmen also - and I was just blown away by them. The quality of them was amazing and the colour couldn't have matched perfectly to the bridesmaid dresses after I sent in a picture of the fabric swatch. I even asked to have the pocket squares personalised with the initials of the guys wearing them as a little keepsake and they loved them, especially my Dad as it meant so much to him. I recently approached Andrew from A Hand Tailored Suit company to make me a tailor made military style blazer and waistcoat in my regimental style and colour, within a matter of a few weeks. I could not have been more happy and overwhelmed with the result. The sheer quality and professional workmanship are beyond compare. I would highly recommend anyone to use these guys for quality and satisfaction in professional hand tailoring.

I was very late getting organised for my wedding and contacted Ahandtailoredsuit via their website at the end of August. I had 8 weeks and 2 days before the day!
Andrew called me back and arranged for me to go to the Birmingham office the next day.
Jonathan and David were lovely and helped me choose colours and fabrics and discussed my requirements.
With less than their normal lead time for getting the suit ready I was able to pay for it to be completed in half the time I had.
I was given a date to come and be fitted and left happy having been measured and given the time needed to decide on the small details like buttons, pockets and belt loops.
Unfortunately the suit was delayed a little but I was kept informed and a new date organised for me to get fitted.
After three fittings and adjustments to get the suit perfect, it was delivered to my home. I had a three piece suit and a shirt which met all requirements and got some great comments from guests at my wedding. It complimented my bride perfectly.
I’m already thinking about another order for work clothes.

I was in search of an alternative to my wedding dress when I came across these guys, I felt immediately at ease and trusted them throughout the whole process. I went for another fitting and they adjusted it absolutely perfectly well in time for my wedding. I would recommend them to anyone and adore my suit, I felt fantastic on my wedding day!

Lots of people commented on it and asked where I got it from, would recommend to women especially if not sure about getting one made, it's definitely worth it.

Both Jonathan and Andrew are extremely friendly and supportive. Being my first time engaging with a tailor the process was seamless and straightforward. Friendly customer service, with a great turnaround. Will be back again!

What an Experience! I have never brought a hand made/tailored suit before but thought I’d do so for my wedding day.

Jonathan and his brother were brilliant throughout the process, I had a vague idea of colour combinations but knew nothing about materials etc. They coached me through the process. We spent an hour or so with the guys going through materials and looks. I then was able to design every little detail from the lapel to the positioning of my pockets (very thorough)

My finished product was a 2 piece vitale barberis canonico Italian wool and cashmere blend. With a tweed waistcoat. I had a shirt and tie including a matching pocket square to my waistcoat made too. Everything fit like a glove! Waistcoat needed slight adjustments but again was turned around quickly.

A great service throughout and regular access to the team in Birmingham.

In my job suits are the norm, but finding a suit to fit when you’re a whole lot of woman can be very difficult. I am so glad I came across Andrew & Jonathan. They’ve been lovely to deal with and my suit is fantastic: the fabric is gorgeous, the lining is delightful and it fits beautifully. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Brilliant guys.....very pleasant to deal with them!! Suit was well made and was delivered on time for a very important wedding in Nigeria.They even made the requested logo for me at the last minute with no additional cost.

Bought a 3 piece suit, shirt and tie for my wedding day. As a large lady, who prefers men’s clothes, I have never found clothes (men’s or women’s) that fit me properly. However on my wedding day I felt a million dollars. The trousers fit my large behind (that’s never happened before), the jacket actually fit my shape and the shirt was like a glove. Johnathan and his brother could not of been more helpful. They know their business and offer the best advice. Yes it is expensive (but value for money and not as much as you would pay elsewhere), yes it takes time but I have clothes that fit and that I can wear again. I will be using them again.

I’ve done business with these guys for some years now. Always accommodating and flexible with their approach, it’s a pleasure to visit.

Their range is ever improving and I will be back in the next few weeks for a winter coat.

Exceptional quality, extraordinary service and amazing people. I had specific requirements and a tight deadline - John and Dave offered faultless customer service and made helpful recommendations. From the moment I walked into the studio, I felt welcomed and my every need was taken care of. I was struck by just how special it made me feel being measured for my own suit. I think that every gentleman should experience this at least once in their lifetime. This was my first custom made suit and I have already booked in for 2 more outfits to be designed and made.
