Have to admit, when I first contacted the company I didn't hold out much hope. The gentleman who called me was .... absolutely lovely. He was professional, so helpful and explained everything in plain language, no jargon. The process is still ongoing, but even if not successful, it was an all-round pleasant experience.
Can't recommend enough.

I’ve used the Ahauz tool to check what I could afford with my home equity, as I have been considering buying another house. Signing up took maybe 2minutes and I got some key information just after that. It was great to learn that I could also consolidate my debts if I wanted. Overall, it’s a great tool to understand how to use your home equity.

I rang Ahauz with low hopes, however I was met by an enthusiastic and optimistic Karthik, who assured me my circumstances gave me a great chance at owning the property I wanted so badly.

With the equity loan, I was able to apply and successfully get a mortgage, Ahauz is unique in the fact that they do not demand an early repayment charge meaning when the funds are available I can pay Ahauz off in full with no penalty, just applying the movement in property price to the equation.

I could not have done this without Ahauz (and Tembo), I couldn't be more thankful for an amazing and positive experience.
