Please stay clear from this absolute disgrace off a company! We purchased a TSTACK radio made by DEWALT. It came faulty , I had on site one day, noticed the touch screen panel was peeling off at one side. With it being touch screen the vibrations off the speakers was effecting the buttons so the radio was switching between settings and simple not working correctly. We contacted AHC Power tools and sent the radio back . There reply was they couldn’t find a fault and sent me th radio back even more damaged with dents to the speakers!! Will now have to deal with DEWALT direct as AHC Powertools are absolutely no help what so ever . Stay clear!!

sends out faulty old stock and then denied liability. poor customer service, only came good when the manufacturer put pressure on.

Bought a fast charger battery combo. Charger was advertised as fast charger though they have none in stock and sent a standard charger. AHC wanted me to pay for a courier to return incorrect items as there’s small print saying they may send an alternative charger. Felt like I’d been scammed as they are still selling theses fast charger and battery combo’s knowing they don’t have fast chargers. Got a refund through my credit card company, AHC were quick to arrange a courier once Amex got involved

I was very pleased with how fast i got my makita cut off saw.... well packaged and I will be buying more items more often from ahc powertools.

i would like to award no stars but its not an option.
Parcel not received and reported immediatley now in dispute. DPD are next to useless closly followed by AHC . Avoid at all cost i have spent £58.90 and got nothing at all .

I would definitely recommend this company and will order again, also the cheapest for the item I ordered

I ordered a 54v 9in dewalt grinder from this company. when I returned home the tracking said it had been delivered however DX sent a photo of it on my doorstep. which when I got home wasn't there. since then DX have lied about the delivery saying that I was moping car mats on my driveway and asked for the parcel to be left on my doorstep, and AHC Powertools have been useless following it up and even asked me to sort it out with DX myself. I've had to open a dispute with eBay regarding the matter. avoid at all costs! I wish I had read there reviews before I purchased as this seems to be a common thing with them.

DO NOT BUY From AHC POWERTOOLS ! I had ordered through Ebay and paid £350 for an item that i had never received. I had tried to contact the seller and ask for help and they refused to investigate or to offer any kind of support. They just took my money and never received the item. BE AWARE especially if you buy high value items because these guys are scamming their customers ! This will be reported further to trading standards and to the police.

I recently ordered three PASLODE batteries, which were sent by courier signed for recoded delivery, I was away for two days when they were delivered and as I was not in, the courier left them on the doorstep without signature !! I arrived home two days later and could not find my parcel / package. I reported this to AHC customer services who initially were very helpful, and said they would have to claim on their insurance through their courier. After two weeks, I raised a complaint with PAY PAL, now AHC are saying they can prove item delivered as “ Parcel Handed to Customer “ which is a total lie!!!! These people are Total sharks I wouldn’t trust them with your money !!
