My wife purchased these boots. She really liked them Good wide calf. Wore them once and one of the boots lets water in. After doing an experiment that the company asked her to do. They accepted that the boots are faulty. Asking her to return them when they receive the boots they will send out a replacement. The company so far has dealt with the problem very quickly. My wife is waiting to see if replacement boots are waterproof.

I purchased a pair of size 10 Storm Wells wellington boots which were fur lined and tie tops. I have worn them fairly regularly walking my dog in wet weather and found them to be waterproof, warm and comfortable, I would say that they are value for money and exactly as advertised online.Therefore I would have no problem recommending them to others

I am an old age pensioner struggling on a limited old age pension of just £125 pw. I am hoiusebound, alone, disabled and without any support. I can't afford to put my central heating on anymore so I ordered a pair of ladies size 5 fur lined boots to try and get my feet warm at home. This was via Amazon. The boots came on 10th Ocober but they were so tiny like Childrens boots more so than adult ones and I was unablke to ge my foot in. I know for a fact that I ordered my size (Size 5 ladies). I tried to initiate a return vias Amazon but the label failed to generate a prepaid Royal Mail lable for collection from my home. I contacted this company asking for a refund and help and they were unhelpful and abusive and refused to sort out a collection or a new label. So I contacted Amazon about this and got no help from them and was left with no refund and a pair of boots that are a countruy mile too small for me. The quality of the boots was awful, cheap tacky rubbish and not fit for purpose. Horrid hard material with no give in it and a thin cheap tacky fake fur lining. Badly packaged and the box was damaged and the lack of customer care was a diabolical disgrace. Do not waste your money with this company. I am very upset and I would not want anyone to suffer the same abuse as me, they coulkd not care less about you or customer satisfaction, it is awful and has put me off shopping online again. This is a serious breach of trust and contempt.
