I have ordered several shoes, trainers, boots and slippers from here my last purchase I inadvertently ordered the wrong size when I received confirmation email and saw wrong size I telephoned them and they answered on second ring no option messages just a nice man asking what size I should have ordered he amended my order before it was dispatched and I received correct size. The crocks (2 pairs)
The crocks (2 pairs), I ordered were marked as size 2...but they were actually smaller than the size 1's they were replacing. The company told me I could return them..at my cost and order a different size !. This meant spending more and I didn't trust the sizing, even though there was a measurement chart..so I gave them away.
