Ahm are sending unsolicited mail addressed to me but to a wrong address. I am not a customer and never was. They have found my record based on my name and date of birth however because I can't provide the address (the person receiving it didn't tell me that), they said they cannot remove my record or stop the comms. The advice that the customer service person Billy gave me was to ask the person receiving my mail to call them and they'd advise him to open my mail to know what the letters are about. That is illegal. Billy also refused to pass me to the data privacy officer or escalate my complaint.

Made life very easy to refinance my business

BEWARE: AHM Lending NEVER sent the ‘approved loan’ funds. I had to pay $385 upfront. I cancelled my loan and now I’m on the hunt for my money back. They are not replying to any emails or phone calls.
Fraud and scam team are now alerted, as well as major banks.

Granted me a loan but made me pay 595 for insurance establishment fee 575 520 score fixation 600 for GST and still wanted 250 for file çharge .Never every received funds
put me in financial stress have name of person who I transferred money to.Jessica Page is who I dealt with.

Absolute scam
They get you to transfer them a loan establishment fee then Persoal protection insurance
Then take your money and run!!!
The address listed on canturbery rd is a fake address I’ve been there to see it with my own eyes!
Luckily for them they weren’t there I would have set fire to the place with them in it!
