I am reporting a scam website named “ahomeroom”, which is promoting fake gift offers to mislead people.

They advertised that if we pay only the delivery charges, we will receive a free gift. I paid the amount, but after that, they demanded I make further purchases to be eligible for the gift.

These additional conditions were never mentioned upfront, making this a clear case of misleading advertisement and online fraud.

I request action be taken against this platform for deceiving users and misusing online payment systems.

They took care of my case within a few minutes.

I requested a cancellation and they were prompt in getting back to me and sorting it out.

The person who emailed me was very helpful and polite 🙂

This Company Is trust, helpful.

-I didn't lik at all that following a misleading plublicity which was announcing an offer of TEFAL I have been finaly brought into debt with another company with which I didn't wish to have any relation.
-The only possbility to communicate with this company was using english language so the contact was difficult.
-Finally grace to the intervention of Mrs Elsa the problem of this misunderstanding seems to be resolved
