Prompt with great communication, the whole process was first class from the initial contact to the information received in the EPC certification.

Booked via EPC Manchester website on Friday and Mahmood made contact same afternoon and came next day to carry out the EPC assessment. He was polite, professional and responsive and even worked late afternoon on a Saturday which is a big positive and accommodating for working class people!

EPC Certificate was available on Monday as promised and fee is as advertised, cheapest I have found with a fantastic efficient service. I would highly recommend Mahmood for anyone needing a quick EPC doing!
