Strong warning – be extremely careful with this provider.
I purchased a course last year as a one-time payment. Recently, I was charged $47 again without my consent.
There is no visible active subscription, and in the account area I have no way to view, manage, or remove payment details. This complete lack of transparency and control is a major red flag.
Additionally, support does not respond to emails, which makes resolving issues even more difficult.
The business appears to be linked to “Professor EP”, who is associated with companies operating out of Dubai. Given my experience and the overall lack of clarity around billing, this raises serious concerns.
I have also seen multiple similar complaints from other users, including regarding related platforms like Omnime, which suggests this may not be an isolated case.
The charge has already been reported to my credit card provider and is under investigation.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust.
