Aica Bathrooms Limited Reviews 

I had not heard about Aica bathrooms before but I have found their website to be easy to use, delivery arrived in the 3-5 days quoted and when I had an issue with an item it was quickly resolved by a member of their team

Didn’t give any between times for delivery just a particular day. I replied to the text which said they should ring me on the day to advise that I would need to be called to advise when they were on their way or a rough time. The next day I received a phone call from the driver advising me he was stood at my front door. I advised him that I said I needed to be rang and he said he could leave it as long as I messaged to say it was ok. I did contact Aica to advise them and they did respond professionally and quickly which has made me give 3 stars instead of 2. The shower enclosure that I got really isn’t great at all. It’s very flimsy and the pivot hinge doors have a mind of their own, there no real control as to how you want them to open and it’s probably only a matter of time before one breaks but I suppose you get what you pay for.
Edit: thank you for the reply. You tried to make it better by offering me £12 to change my review then offered me £24 but the strict instructions were only if I changed my review first! Obviously I didn’t accept because that’s underhand and deceitful and my review is genuine.

Purchased a 250mm Bath Shower Screen Fixed Panel - the glass panel is great - does exactly what it should - stops water leaking at the end of where the bath/shower meets the wall. Builder installed it and said it was easy to do. The 250mm panel looks great, works well and is large enough to stop water and short enough not to cause a problem when reaching for the taps from the outside of the bath.

Iv had a issue with my delivery and one off the team has been brilliant and sorted it out for me.

Usual first class service. Phoned for advice before ordering. Thus ordering correct gear. Excellent value for money and solid products.

This company were brilliant! Unfortunately the product didn't work out (not their fault) but they were very quick to refund. I would recommend them!

Reliable, very quick delivery, very reasonable prices I have used them a few times now and won't hesitate on using them again.

I ordered my shower screen on a Saturday and it arrived within two days. Excellent delivery time, excellent price and excellent product. It looks lovely now that my bathroom is all completed. I would definitely use them again.

Easy to assemble and nice to look at good for what was needed

I have used this company many times over the years and I can not speak highly enough of them many friends and colleagues have also used them successfully unfortunately the delivery went wrong this time and trying to rectify the problem was not easy the response time is not great and I had to let my customers down as the radiators arrived a week late I will still use them hopefully this was a one of problem

Placed our order on Monday 9th February around 9.30pm.
received notice that delivery would be on Wednesday 11th February, and that we would get a call from the delivery driver around about 20 mins before delivery, which we did.
Driver was very friendly.

Ordered what I wanted was then told that they couldn't deliver to my location (Isle of Wight).

Edited on the 16th of February in response Aica Bathrooms' response:

I placed the order on Aica Bathrooms' web site with my Isle of Wight address and I paid the standard carriage (to the best of my knowledge). At no point was I told I couldn't place the order nor was I told that I needed to pay extra for carriage.

A few days later I received the following email from Aica Bathrooms:

Dear customer,

Thank you for your purchase. I regret to inform you that your delivery postcode is outside of our delivery zone.

In this case, we have requested a refund for your order. Please allow up to 36 hours for it to be processed.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Why is the delivery address outside your delivery zone?

Addresses with a PO post code are part of Portsmouth, Hampshire.

It is most inconvenient as the items that I ordered are not available elsewhere at the prices offered on your website.

I was then told:

Hi,

Thank you for your response. I’m sorry, but we’ve received notice from the delivery logistics team that they do not deliver to that area.
Refund has been processed, please allow it to be issued within 36 hours.

The statement in your response is not consistent with what has actually occurred.

I was not offered to pay any additional carriage as per Aica Bathrooms' delivery policy (apparently). My order was simply cancelled even though I pointed out that the Isle of Wight is part of the UK mainland (Portsmouth, Hampshire - NOT off shore).

I take umbridge at Aica Bathrooms' response as Aica Bathrooms is trying to push the fault back onto me not following Aica Bathrooms' delivery policy but email trail above shows that this is not what happened with Aica Bathrooms' not following their claimed delivery policy.
