Smooth Process and Supportive Team

The overall interview process was organized, and the team made sure I had all the information I needed. The interviewer was polite and supportive, most especially when I said that I was nervous, which made the experience more positive than I anticipated. Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth process.

Growth with Aidey Team

I have never seen a more supportive team other than Aidey. I loved how everyone rooted for your growth and success as much as you rooted for yours. Workloads could be exhausting sometimes, so a team like Aidey was definitely very helpful.

Best environment ever

I knew the BPO industry was widely known to have a negative environment, but I could assure you, not with Aidey. I loved how members of the team all supported and helped each other. Crab mentality wasn't present at Aidey, I loved how everyone cheered for your growth.

I applied for a Customer Support role…

I applied for a Customer Support role at Aidey and completed their assessment as instructed. Despite following up multiple times, I received no feedback or acknowledgment regarding the results of the assessment. The lack of communication was disappointing and unprofessional, especially for a company that positions itself in the service and support industry.

Their HR or recruitment team showed very poor candidate handling, no courtesy updates, no timeline transparency, and absolutely no closure. It reflects a lack of respect for applicants' time and effort. Job seekers deserve at least a simple update, especially after completing tasks that clearly require time and energy.

Additionally, the offered salary is unreasonably low, especially considering the level of qualifications and experience they claim to be looking for. It feels like they’re trying to get skilled professionals for entry-level pay, which raises concerns about how they value their employees.

I hope the company improves its recruitment process better communication, fair compensation, and a more respectful approach to dealing with potential hires. Talent should not be treated as disposable.

They owe me money

I worked for them for three years. When their client, an Israeli SaaS company, ended my contract due to not meeting their standards, the CEO and his manager abruptly cut off all communication. He blocked me on WhatsApp and did not pay me for the last month I worked. I informed the client, but they took no action. I would advise against working with this person. He is dishonest, arrogant, and treats his staff very poorly — with no respect and no professionalism.
