The guys are legends. Customer service is A+ rated. The model chosen and deployed shows the skills and for a day to day use, it looks like a good platform to work on. Saves all other memberships. Anyone looking to use the tools day to day then this is your spot. Thanks parikshit for helping out.

Its SCAM!!!! You can use it directly with ChatGPT; this is shit.

Initially had a problem with subscription. But after sending a mail, the support team quickly solved the problem. Feedback was prompt.

Parikshit is super responsive and I liked the fact that the company is open to constructive feedback and getting a positive response from the company on the constructive feedback is something really outstanding in today's time. Hats off to Dhruv, Parikshit and the team.

After using, I felt I got scammed, not recommended for extensive users.

Quick and Prompt.

1. This platform is not suitable for professionals. However, casual or light users may find value in having access to multiple AI models under a single subscription.
2. The user interface and overall design feel poorly executed — as if created without proper attention to user experience principles. The layout and interactions could be vastly improved; even an AI system could likely design a better interface.
3. When only two models are enabled, conversations often freeze or stop responding after 5–8 prompts, which severely limits usability.
4. The company appears non-compliant with consumer protection policies. In the UK, online purchases must include a 14-day full refund period, yet their support team refused to honor this when requested.

After my previous review, the AiFiesta team shared their WhatsApp number and promptly resolved my issue.
Interestingly, I later learned that my earlier emails had been missed due to spam filters or internal mail rules — even though I use my personal email, which has never been used for bulk or spam messages.

AiFiesta graciously refunded my full annual subscription fee, even though I had only requested a one-month deduction since I used the service for trial.

Based on my experience, here are a few suggestions:
1️⃣ Improve email handling and add a quicker support channel to avoid communication gaps in the future.
2️⃣ Introduce a chatbot or phone support option on the website — currently, there’s no direct support channel available. This would make issue resolution even faster and smoother.
3️⃣ Consider having a return policy for annual subscriptions — it would reflect strong confidence in your service.

Please enabling attaching photos by clicking paste or ctrl+v, it would be easy to add photos while asking questions.
and remove the basic versions and only add premiums since its hard to always select the premium version as it keeps showing the standard ones.

I recently subscribed to AI Fiesta using my friend’s bank account since I don’t have a UAE bank account yet. I entered my own Gmail ID during registration, but the subscription was activated through my friend’s iCloud ID, which made me unable to access the Pro version.

After reaching out to your support team, I quickly received a response — and soon after, I was contacted by Parikshit from your support team. I really appreciate how fast and helpful the response was. I shared my UAE WhatsApp number with him for verification, and after confirming the payment, he assured me that my iCloud ID would be updated to my email. That was truly supportive and professional.

Although I haven’t started using AI Fiesta yet, I’m already impressed by your customer support. I wish your entire team all the best — keep up the great work! I’ll definitely share a detailed review once I start using AI Fiesta.

Better to invest in any of other AI platform, just a single AI will work much more than AI fiesta. We have to pay even for the free prompts and pro takes *4 times the token. i wish i could give 0 out of 5
