The Claude for HR course reshaped how I think about the day-to-day work of human resources. I came in expecting a tour of features, but what I actually walked away with was a sharper sense of where AI fits into the HR workflow and where human judgment still has to lead. The biggest shift for me was learning to treat Claude as a thinking partner across the full employee lifecycle — recruiting, onboarding, compensation, performance, and policy — rather than a one-off tool for drafting documents.

The certification offered a clear and well-structured learning experience that was easy to follow and highly practical. I gained valuable knowledge and tools that I can directly apply in my current organization, strengthening my impact in my role.

Please consider that if you are in a technical HR role, this course may feel too introductory. The content is clearly designed for
professionals with little to no prior knowledge of AI or automation, so those already working with data pipelines, scripts, or
workflow tools will likely find limited new ground here. That said, it is a solid starting point for non-technical HR practitioners
looking to understand the basics before engaging with their IT or analytics teams.

I enrolled on the AIHR People Analytics Course. The course was shockingly poor! The instructions videos did not line up with materials provided for students. Formulas didn't work, you had to search for other students comments for a fix! The excel spreadsheets the instructor used changed frequently within a video lesson. You had to search for different spreadsheets during every video. The explanations are at 100 MPH, you will need to pause, rewind, slow down videos, rematch over and over again! I would go somewhere else if I were you. I got a refund thankfully and cancelled the course!

The content is relative and meaningful to HR and the business making it a valuable resource for all who participate.
