I have ordered a gown for my wedding.On the picture it looked very beautiful and when I received my gown I couldn’t believe that the gown was not even good, the material was saggy and completely different , the fitting was so so loose. It have looks like the gown has been put in for manicure for display.This dress is not according to my expectations and the material is also not as it was expected by me.I got so upset and sad when I received the gown. And the gown was completely different which was described in the picture. I tried to contact them through Emails and they never replied my emails back.they have returned policy which was just 5days to return the gown.I contact them through the phone but nobody answered the call.neither emails.
I was so confused and dint know what to do as I needed to buy another gown which would have suit me for my wedding day and hence my wedding was few days left aswell .
This people really really put me down.I email them to say that I want to return the gown and like to get my money back.hence they never even did that. I’m really to say in touch wood I’m so unhappy with them.

There was a NO STAR option or they wld have got NO STARS! I ordered ( what I thought) was a beautiful pants suit in Navy. What I received looked like a cheap Halloween costume from the Dollar store. It was hideous. I ordered a navy pantsuit. I got a grey top trimmed in navy and beige pants. Horrible disgusting experience!! And expensive.

Beware of your payment ...don’t confirm till you read the invoice. When you pay an invoice it shows Australia dollars cost .When you press to confirm, the invoice goes to another screen and shows US dollars insurance costs and postage. My dress was $103 they took $209 from my visa after hidden costs from first invoice screen. 40 days later The dress I Ordered had not been made. It is extremely hard to reach these people when you finally get through they have absolutely no communication skills. To get your money back is an ordeal. I strongly suggest to avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a dress and then found the same dress on a different site for half the price. I called to cancel my order not even 10 minutes after placing the first order and was told it would take 25 days to be refunded!!!!

I only gave a 1 star review as 0 was not an option. This is one of many Asia companies who show a picture of very expensive dress then ship a shoddy rag that bears no resemblence to the product in the photo. They have a returns policy that is impossible to follow and you have to ship back to Asia. They know 99% of people will not bother to return the item so they know its doesn't matter what they send to thier customers. They are making a lot of money using business practices that would not be allowed if they operated out of the UK. I am afraid the old saying is true if it looks to good to be true it usually is.

Wow! Be careful with this company! The sizes/dimensions of the dresses are really weird!! They ship from Singapore and give you 5 days to process a return. AND they say that if the dimensions of the size your ordered are not correct that does not constitute a valid reason for return. If you decide to move forward with returning the dress, you have to ship it to an address in China. I had to order a dress that was 2 sizes larger than my normal size and then when it came the dimensions did not match the size I ordered by SEVERAL inches!! So now I'm going to try to get someone to alter the dress for me instead of trying to deal with their weird return policies.

This company's products are shoddy, tacky, unwearable, and you do not get anything remotely resembling what you ordered. Their ads show very appealing styles - do not believe them. What you get is sleazy fabric, bad dye, bad construction, bad sizing. The email address that you get to send for a return form and mailing label does not exist and there is no address for the company. so say goodbye to your money. Facebook needs to remove these ads from its portfolio of clients as they are duping the public and I, for one will never order another product advertised on Facebook. I suggest anyone who has been taken in in this way do the same.

I ordered 2 wedding dresses from this site, simply because they are very inexpensive and I wanted to have 2 options in case of sizing or fit. One thing to note is that the dresses in the pictures are NOT exactly what you are getting. They are actually other designer dresses that were discontinued and this company uses the design as a guideline. The first dress I ordered was a size 6 - I know bridal sizes run small, so I ordered up. It was huge but could've been altered. The 2nd dress was gorgeous - but I ordered it custom fitted, which is definitely the way to go. I took off a star since the cap sleeves were too big and bunched, but everything else about the dress was stunning. It was very much like the pictured dress and had very nice beading. I got married yesterday and everyone loved my dress, including me, so I am personally very glad I ordered from this company. Just go into it understanding that they make your dress after you order, hence the 4-6 week wait, and they may differ slightly from the picture; but, they are still very good quality for the price!

I ordered two dresses including my wedding dress. Very beautiful and highly quality. Definitely recommend this place. The prices are great as well and customer service is helpful. Sent me a free gift with the order.

I had a custom made dress made by Aisla. It was no where close to fitting. They wanted me to send pictures of the I'll fitting dress on me and pictures of me measuring myself (which is impossible). Then they still wouldn't accept the return. Waited a month for a dress I can't wear. They accepted no responsibility and it was a waste of time and money. I would give them a negative star if I could. Even the fabric was cheap and not the same color as the picture. Shop local, not China!

I only wish I had known about these reviews before placing my order.

I followed their measurement instructions to the letter and ordered a Wedding Outfit. I waited some 8wks for delivery by FedEx and paid extra for the “speedy” delivery.

The outfit is poorly made, especially the jacket, and the measurements are incorrect. AILSABRIDAL claim each outfit is made to your specifications. This is not true. They have standard sizes they alter “badly” for you.

To top it all, I received a Duty & Tax Invoice from FedEx I had never been made aware of.

This company is a rip-off. Don’t get stung!!!!!!

My mother picked out a dress from this website for my wedding. I told her not to buy from the UK as you never know what your getting. She insisted, she purchased a mother of the bride dress for $135.44 and it took almost a month to be delivered and that was after I had to touch base with them. They asked when the wedding was and I told them July 6th and wanted the dress before June, in the event it’s the wrong size. I was reassured that they would process the dress quickly and it was delivered on Tuesday. My mom said the dress was not what the website showed that “platinum” was an off gray and the “pink” was more of a white shirt that was washed with something red. She said the sequins that were on it was hanging and falling off and that the dress was poorly made and the quality was horrible, on top of too small. I attempted to touch base with the sales department to explain the whole situation and that she wants a refund for what she paid for the dress and that she will cover the postage to mail it back. They kept telling me to “try it on” and “send pictures” I did all that. They said the customer invoice that came with the dress was the $40 that covered the tax and that is the applied lower cost. I told them no that’s not acceptable and that I want a refund for what I had to pay in order to buy the dress and that was a $135.44. As of this morning they are still insinuating that the dress needs to be tried on, my next response will be that it’s not going to mysteriously add additional fabric and the colors are magical and will change in the sun. I swear I really do believe that people from China find Americans stupid and that they can get away with ripping off people. If they refuse the BBB will be contacted. You always run the risk while shopping online, but for Christ sake. 3 years ago I purchased a large elephant that everyone has seen that has a baby cuddling with and still today have not received it, hahaha!

I purchased a dress from this website ... I only wish I had read these reviews ... as I would NEVER have pressed place order!
Actually the dress is made beautifully ... however its the WRONG Color ... I specifically told them in an email the color code was incorrect ... and gave them the correct color, which they confirmed ....... 3 weeks later the dress comes in ...wrong color ... I immediately contacted the site and was told i could not send back as the dress was made to color code on order ... and wear the dress as it has no "effect" the dress was not custom made and after numerous emails ... and frustration ... they basically have said TOO BAD its yours. Needless to say I will not be wearing the dress ... and will hopefully try to sell ... anyone looking for a mother of the bride dress - navy blue ...please reach out!

I bought two dresses, the materials were cheap and bad quality. They do not look like the pictures in their website. I got them two weeks late. They refused to give me a refund.

Horrible! Dress was two sizes too small, even after measuring several times. DO NOT order from this company. No returns - #### Now I have to pay for a second dress for my daughters wedding. So sad!

Dress was pretty okay, but it does not fit at all, I can simply not get it on.
The company tells me I made a mistake with measurement, had to measure again and send photos.
They do not respond to the actual content of my mails, I just get the same answer every time. They do not acknowledge the problem.
They are willing to offer me a 10 dollar discount.
Officially scammed, have to buy a new dress somewhere else...
I can only hope other potential buyers will read this.

I will never deal with this company again! They send you emails saying there is a problem with the shoulder width measurements and you send them the exact measurements and you still get another email! This went on for over a week! I became so frustrated in the tag emails I told them if they can't make my garments to refund my money and I will go to another site and order and their policy is that they don't refund all of your money!!! THAT'S BS!!! NEVER deal with this company.....it's a ripoff!!!

This place is absolutely horrible!! I learned a very valuable lesson. I ordered a gown a couple of sizes bigger than what I usually wear. Not only did it arrive late, it did not fit at all!!! All I wanted to do was return for a refund. I was told to take pictures, use a tape measure, send them the pictures so they offer a solution. All I should have had to do was return it in the same condition I received it for a refund. Case closed. I will NEVER order from this fraudulent place again. They refused to send me a RTA number so I could return it. Buyer beware, or better yet do not order from this place.

The dress I received was nothing like the picture. Very poor quality, arrived in a dirty bag,and did not fit. The label said "Ada's Bridal." When I asked to return, they asked me to submit pictures of me measuring myself and in the dress even though I ordered a "ready to go" size! Truly a fraudulent company. I've submitted a claim to econsumer and my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

My experience with Ailsa Bridal was very positive. I ordered a dress and within a day started regretting it because I also liked a different dress. So I decided to order the second dress, too. At the price, the cost of two dresses was still significantly lower than one in the typical bridal shop. Ailsa Bridal immediately emailed me about it since it was odd I ordered two wedding dresses within 3 days and I explained the cold feet thing over the first dress and that I really didn't want it, but since it had started processing I couldn't cancel the order based off what I read in the FAQ. Ailsa Bridal told me they would cancel the first order, no problem, but since the fabric had been cut I could receive a refund of only 50% + shipping of the order. I figured that was fair. I received the dress I ordered in about a month. It is absolutely beautiful!!! The fabric is high quality and the craftsmanship is astounding. My dress looks exactly like the picture plus more because the picture did not show the beading details. My only issue (and why I'm leaving a 4star review instead of 5) is that I ordered a standard size instead of custom and the chest area is too big, which I expected, but it is way bigger than I thought it would be. I think their sizing chart is very generous. I would not hesitate to order from Ailsa bridal again!!
