Ordered makeup 2/4/25, full payment has been removed from my account but I have not received. They make it impossible to track & do not answer emails. No response from them at all but the definitely have my money. Buyer beware!!!😡

I bought a pair of jeans from their website. When I received them I thought it was a joke. The jeans are garbage! They look like they were made in a sweatshop. The worst material and quality was really bad. I am trying to return them and get a refund. I emailed them and they offered me $20.00 USD when I paid $39.99 USD. The phone number they provided does not work. No one answered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. ITS A BIG SCAM.

The pants we ordered did not fit it. Ask for a refund paid 50 something dollars for them. The only willing to give me $21 back but it’s been a month with no refund. If I could give these people a zero I would.

I bought 2 products - one was the translation glasses, and 2 of the translation head sets. When the items FINALLY were received, after 3 weeks, the glasses were so so dark they could not be used. According to their website, there was only 14 days to return an item, - and you had to CONTACT THEM to get a return address. All I wanted to do was exchange the glasses - but I could not reach anyone.

Then, I kept trying, but now told them I wanted a full refund for poor customer service. Nothing had been opened, or tested but the one pair of glasses. There was still no contact from this company. So, I went to PayPal, who supposedly had a payment guarantee. After filing a dispute, they did finally respond. Everything they said was utter GARBAGE. At first, I was offered a 50% refund. Then 70%. Last was 80% so I didn’t have to return the items. These people literally stole my money on items that could not be used, nor returned - and PayPal did not make them refund the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Not ONE time through any of their dialog did they provide an address for return!

I received the jeans, poor quality. I purchased a size medium. I'm a size six or eight. The med is meant fir a size two to four. I contacted the company for a refund. All they want to do is give me a 20% coupon fir my next purchase. What a joke. I will never ourcase another article from them. They are thieves and should be ashamed.. DONT BUY THEIR CLOTHING!

I ordered a pair of jeans that came with the buttons and pockets all sewn up and strings hanging out everywhere. Clearly it missed QA. I reached out to return them for a refund and all they would do is offer $8 back and a 20% coupon to shop at their site. They told me to get a pair of scissors and cut open the button holes and pockets myself. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!

The nail clippers I ordered were touted as being strong for tough nails. I couldn't even cut a simple fingernail, let alone a toenail. When I tried to return them, the contact info on the so-called website directed me to a gaming site. I've been unable to contact Ailsion for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, I thought I was buying Judy blue jeans, and somehow the link rerouted me without my knowledge and I purchased this travesty of a pair of jeans from Asilion. It took forever to receive them, and at one point their site showed they had been delivered BY HAND and that I had signed for them when I did not. This is when I first contacted customer service and they told me I had to go through my post office to resolve the issue. Fine. Then I randomly received the jeans about a week later, and they HAD NO BUTTON HOLES. And the quality was awful. Super thin material, not the stretch denim I thought I was spending $50 on. When I emailed them about the button holes, they told me this was NORMAL and that this is their style, and I just have to cut the holes into the jeans myself. WTH?! Then they offered 20% off of a future purchase for my trouble. Absolutely not. No thanks. Buyers beware of this company, and check your links carefully when purchasing.

Ordered what I saw as Judy Blues! What a joke and total rip off!! I need to return and I'm getting no response from emails. I'm not able to sign in either!!

I placed an order on January 9, 2025 and I still have not received my order !! I have contacted them twice , today being the second time asking about my order and have gotten no response from the Customer Service!! I told them in todays email if I do not hear from them by Thursday I will take further action!! I contacted my bank and gave them a heads up and they have made a notation on my account.. if I don’t hear from them or get my merchandise by Thursday I’m filing a claim with my bank to get my Money back..

Don’t waste your time nor your money with this company. They are Awful!

Warning: Do not waste your money here! I purchased a pair of the translation ear buds on 12/11/24, in hopes of giving them to my husband for Christmas. I even paid extra for faster delivery! Thank goodness I paid with PayPal because even after I emailed them 3 times, with no response, by 1/14/25 I still hadn't received them, still had no response and when I looked at tracking it was in the same spot that it was on 12/12! So I filed a claim on them thru paypal and low and behold those suckers were here in 3 days! The earbuds are awesome and my husband loves them, but I'll never order from them again! If you still wanna try your luck, be sure to use PayPal, they will ensure that you either receive the product or that you get a full refund!

Horrible! Jeans are not as advertised. Cheaply made. Not even denim and just ugly ugly ugly!

Suddenly very stylish once I out on my Ailsion Waterproof flashlight. These flashlight is pageant worthy, seriously.

I ordered Judy Blue button fly which I waited over 5 weeks for and they come today and they have zero brand name on them and of poor quality. This is the 2nd time I’ve been screwed over on TikTok and trying to buy JB. It was a different company the 1st time.

Zero stars - On TikTok they are promoting Judy Blue Jeans. What arrived was the cheapest pair of jeans that looked like someone made them in the basement in about 2 minutes. Treads are lose, uneven, over lapping or even missing in some areas. No tags anywhere - total SCAM! Do not buy from them!!

Scam. I too was taken for $119. I finally received the fake Judy Blues and they are junk. I have been emailing back and forth requesting a refund. Also reported them to my cc company. A definite bate and switch going in. Do not purchase from this company

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought two pairs of jeans from their TikTok shop, on December 5, December 25 still didn’t have shipping confirmation so I disputed the charge got no response from them and then got some weird tracking number from China, this company is nothing but a total scam.

Should be zero stars. They are a scam company in China. Took well over shipping time to get to me. The item received is cheaply made and looks NOTHING like the pictures they stole from another company. I thought I was ordering with them. They then tried to suggest I gift my $80 purchase of two cheap ugly jeans to someone. No! I want my money and I’m not sure they’ll send it. Thieves!!! Do not order from them! Report them to the property authorities and that’s what I’m doing.
