IExpert-led AI learning experience with real impact for participants worked closely with Valeriya…

I worked closely with Valeriya Pilkevich in my role as Founder and Chairwoman of net4tec | 4 Women Careers in Technology, where she contributed as our AI Leadership Expert.

Our collaboration focused on the design and delivery of the net4tec AI Leadership Roadmap in 2025. Together, we built a structured program across nine key topics, combining monthly LinkedIn Live sessions, 90-minute deep dive workshops, and an ongoing community of practice that allowed participants to continue learning and exchanging beyond the sessions.

From my direct experience, Valeriya brings a clear and structured approach to complex AI topics. She consistently translated content into practical, relevant insights that leaders could apply in their own context. What stood out was her strong focus on real use cases, making the learning tangible rather than theoretical.

This was also reflected in the feedback we received from participants across the net4tec network. Many highlighted her pragmatic approach, her depth of expertise in AI, and her ability to create sessions that were both engaging and actionable. She has a natural way of sharing knowledge that captures attention, while enabling participants to take what they learned and apply it in practice.

We had already collaborated during masterclasses in 2024, where she showed the same level of preparation, reliability, and consistency. Throughout our work together, communication was always clear, and she followed through on commitments in a dependable way.

Overall, a very positive and professional collaboration experience.
