The waiting time was pretty long, not gonna lie, but it’s something you can kind of prepare yourself for beforehand.

Aside from that, the customer service was honestly great. I had an issue with a feature they forgot about and they helped me really quickly. I got my controller back in no time and they even gave me compensation as a thank you.

Overall, really great company. Just expect it to take a little longer, but honestly what’s the rush.

I'll be honest: I was one of those customers who lost patience. I left a harsh review because the wait felt like an eternity and the silence was frustrating. But today, the package arrived, and the moment I opened the box, all my frustration vanished.
This controller is not just a piece of tech; it's a masterpiece. It looks even more stunning in my hands than it did in the online configurator. The build quality, the feel of the buttons, and those swappable faceplates-everything is executed with such precision that it far exceeded my highest expectations.
I want to personally apologize for my earlier impatience and send a massive "Thank You" to the entire AimControllers team. A very special shoutout to Magda, the artist who hand-built my controller.

My nephew introduced me to his controller made by the same brand. So I decided to get my own and boy oh boy did it do me wonders. Best custom controller so far

I had a very disappointing experience with AIM Controllers’ “lifetime warranty” process.

After owning my controller for just over a month, I needed a repair and was issued an invoice. I paid the invoice, including shipping, bringing the total to around $75. After being told my controller would ship out that same week, I instead received another unexpected invoice for an additional $20 with no explanation.

At this point, I’ve paid nearly $95 for what is supposed to be a warranty repair — which is almost half the cost of a brand-new controller. Even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. No updates, no clarification, and no transparency throughout the process.

The paddles themselves are also a concern, as they seem to break easily, which makes this warranty process even more important — and unfortunately, it does not deliver.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating, expensive, and poorly handled. I would strongly caution others before relying on their warranty service.
