Contact your financial institution immediately to freeze your card, block future merchant requests, or request a replacement card.

Beware of hidden subscription trap. I used AiMusicai to create a short AI music sample and paid a one-time fee of €0.10 via Google Pay. Without any clear notice or consent, this "trial" was auto-converted into a €49.90 monthly subscription and charged to my card. When I complained, support first demanded unnecessary personal/payment details, then only offered a 50% refund instead of reversing an unauthorized charge. No phone support, slow email replies, and a refusal to fully refund money I never agreed to spend. I've had to dispute the charge with my bank. Be very careful before entering any payment info here.

Scam, be carefull, they get your Google pay by tranfering 0,10 cents and after that they charge you 49.-€ and can not get it back as policy. Stay way, only female voice and not very accurate app.

After payment, I received login details by email and there was no clear or transparent warning that this would automatically turn into a €49.90 subscription if not cancelled within a limited period.

The subscription conditions and renewal process were not communicated clearly enough during checkout. The payment flow was designed in a way that made the future charge easy to miss.

I contacted customer support more than two weeks ago and still have not received any response.

After reading reviews here, I can see that many other users experienced the same issue. This creates a very negative impression regarding the company’s transparency and customer service practices.

I would strongly advise others to carefully review all subscription terms before making even a small payment on this platform.

The service is ok and working good for 10 cent. The issue is that you're not informed about the subscription and after 24 hours they charge you 49.90€ for pro subscription. They answer quick and cancel your subscription but didn't get back any money... Better stay away and use some other more transparent services...
