Worked with Thomas for design solutions for my ERP website, job was done professionally and within budgeted time.

Had a great experience with Ainex Solutions Team. They delivered what was promised in proper and timely manner. Thomas, was the my project manager in this project.

Worst experience ever!
Horrible customer service. When I first contacted Thomas and said what I would like to be done regarding SEO he explained that it would need 2-3 months for getting clients and told me that is for sure.After first payment and couple reports and 3 months later, not even one client I got through his work. But that’s not it, after that he told me it would needed to pay more for additional features on the website like booking appointment and discount feature which to me looked very amateur made and also booking feature was not working properly after few tries. After a whole disaster, we parted ways and I said I don’t want his services anymore because he is not professional at all and didn’t got me the results he promised- he argued on which I said that is the worst customer experience ever. Anyway with the last message I asked him to remove features which not only are not looking professional on my website also does not doing me any favour, just confusing people he decided to ignore my messages.
Please, save yourself and avoid wasting time, money and nerves.

i am an old woman -who dreamed of having an online store to remove years of incredible old treasures - this experience was wonderful - mark did everything i asked for -in a timely manner - helped with all the obstacles with payment from my bank - and completed a finished site -in 3 months - fantastic org - i know nothing about front door - back door etc - and they were like a walking talking book for beginners - excellent - love them - wish i needed another store -

Everything was going great but started to notice many errors, lack of interest, would ask them to make some changes and they will only do one part, and leave the rest as is. Replied on copy and pasting a lot. My site needed to have reviews from my customers, they put two peoples reviews in one. A lot of random things were left around my home page like necessary number of “book now” buttons. So very minimum attention to detail. Almost seemed like they were working off a premade template. We ran into issues with uploading the new design to my domain so they blamed go daddy hosting, for lack of disk space. I mentioned i was going to leave go daddy and they tried to sell me multiple times their partnered hosting service which cost 3 times more than godaddy ($299 a year). They also brought to my attention that they “accidentally refunded” my money and needed a wire transfer, im still waiting for proof of that refund made.

Long story short, I had to hire some else. Once the new guy went into the cpanel they notice all the errors. Problems with plug ins being used, coding, not even my “contact form” worked. I got told by one of my clients that they tried submitting a form and gave them an error code. When i had mentioned this to them about the contract form not working i got a response saying “Im not available, kindly drop down the things that need to be done.”

I had a lot of faith in these people but got nothing but disappointment.

the end results is the key factor in my project with this company's employees. the first employee was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. he became sick and another employee stepped in. it was a seamless transition to get the cloning done on my website. he was also professional and so well knowledgeable it put my concerns to rest. there was not a moment I did not trust his ability to get this project done. with his experience his suggestions to improve my website were taken and implemented on the website.
