Heat source heating
Issue fan alarm on called mike came out as soon as possible looked issue and looking ordering parts. To have someone who can properly no how air source heating works is a godsend. In contact nibe to get price and then be able to solve issue. Mike has gone extra mile in meantime checking on what system operating like giving advice. I paid fortune with another company 4 years ago to have this system mike is nibe qualified and local. The good thing for me now is experianced with this system and can deal problems . Air source is expensive to install and lot cheaper than oil so someone who can maintain system to operate fully is a no brainer thank you for all help advice

Mike, Billy and the team did a fantastic job on a difficult central heating re-pipe for my Victorian house. They always arrived when they said they would and despite the job over-running, did not charge me extra. The whole job was designed and implemented following a very detailed 22 page room-by-room heat loss calculation report. I now have a central heating system that works well and is heat-pump ready. I work for a large local social housing provider and had no reservations when it came to recommending them as system designers to our retrofits team.

I have written a review once before and the company had it removed. What's the point of trustpilot?

Turned up late, days after agreed.
Did poor work.
Charged £270 to:
Fix a leaking tap, which STILL leaks.
Replaced a £5 plastic part in a toilet, leaving the toilet handle pointing straight up in the air as the incorrect sized part was fitted.
Spent 45 mins on the phone at the property.
Charged me a lot because of the time it took.

AVOID.
