Superhelpful staff
The staff were superhelpful, polite and very knowledgeable. They knew the area well, was realistic in valuations and very honest with me. I have sold 2 houses with them and would not hesitate to go back again.

Avoid.
As an investor looking for property I have seen a large number of properties and a good selection of estate agents across the North and west, never have I been so disappointed with the service and attitude of an estate agency, they are rude on the phone when making enquiries, the agent who drives the range rover acted incredibly unprofessional, turned up in shorts and a tee-shirt to a viewing was a little late to the appointment, yawned as he walked through the door and then acted completely blasé over the conditions of the house, honestly made me feel like we were a nuisance my first impression was he was the bosses kid and would rather be anywhere else.
If you are selling a property, do yourself a service and find someone who actually cares, I wouldn't buy a property from this agent even if it was going to make me a fortune, I would loath anyone else paying them for such poor service.

Never dealt with such a poor company
Absolutely disgusting people. No morals whatsoever. Money grab and go, please check they have put your deposit in a bond scheme, they are known for not doing this. Take a look at their Facebook profile it will tell you everything you need to know. There is also group of Facebook for victims of this company! Oh they call any negative reviews fake. The only fake ones are their positive ones it's obvious.

I didnt owe any rent everything was upto date and you havent delt with me for a long time eather. Just warning others that would like to use you in the future to avoid you as they should because when i did rent from you you attitude towards me and my family was disgusting thanks for the reply though but my review still stands. VERY BAD!

I have no idea who you are? I don't recall dealing with anyone called Mick for ages, and I am not aware of any outstanding issues with anyone with that name either.
I'm used to getting these kind of comments from tenants who owe rent and try to use this tactic as a diversion when we are chasing them. But like I say I haven't spoken to anyone called Mick of late.
Having looked at the other reviews you have left for people, it looks as though this may well be a fake profile?
If I'm wrong, please can you contact me to discuss your concerns so we can clear this up? And of course if you do owe rent doing this will not help matters.
